Most players are familiar with the KYC system. Especially since this topic has been raised quite a bit at various sites in the last period. That subject cannot be missed.
Personally, I do not think it is a problem to send the KYC and comply with it. I also think it is better if things like this happen at a site in the initial stage and are asked by then.
Then you know where you are, and you have clarity right away. I think every site will eventually switch to requesting KYC documentation.
Depending of course on the status of the player and his ROI. That can have big influence on this process.
Hello!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
We believe that KYC is the way to go if we want to remain official and accountable for the EU regulators.
@JohnnyBboy what browser are you using that shows the license validator is valid? I tried it in Firefox, Brave, and Chrome but all are showing it's expired.
Hello!
Opera and chrome works for me w/o any issues. Try resetting the cache on validator website and check again.
The licence is not expired, it is freshly acquired.
Welcome to Bitcointalk.
I have visited your website and I like the design of the website, I hope you are doing more development.
Since you have created an ann thread here, it is your responsibility to design and post it in an interesting way. If the Ann thread is well designed, people will easily get information about your platform. Now it is up to you how you want to present yourself in this forum.
Thank you for your warm welcome to this amazing community!
I'm happy that you liked the website so far.
Surely, I will keep posting answering your questions and informing about our project.
Hope you'll like our amazing updates that we're currently working on
We may update our KYC rules to state that KYC is mandatory only if you deposit 1000 EUR or more. We don't want any fraud going with our casino (i.e. bonus system abuse) so we keep right to request KYC -- you're right about that.
Just want to clarify this before you implemented. I think it's the other way around? I think it should be withdraw right? since what if we deposit a $100 and might won a jackpot worth $100,000 technically we can withdraw it since the value we only deposit is $100.
Yes, you're right.
The KYC is mandatory for 1000 EUR or higher withdrawals, not deposits.
Thanks for the correction
Ok, then hopefully by Christmas it's already good as what you're planning to rework.
I've missed the discussion about KYC so your answer means that it isn't going to change because you're having a big responsibility to clear your casino.
But you are in a bitcoin forum which most people want to remain anonymous. Maybe your team and management could rework that rule and can still allow players to play but with limitations.
Hello!
About the sports bets we have virtual sports bets ready, as for the real world sports bets we are thinking about it.
As for the KYC, we are obligated to follow these rules to keep transparent record of money flows.
We will still consider some adaptations of our KYC policy based on community feedback we gather.
Thanks!
Is it 1000 EUR limitation is a bit small? To think that there are players which do make deposits of 1BTC or even more considering on the value then it would really be that small for the limit.
and with this kind of rules where asking out some KYC after you deposit 1k will not really make some interest or most likely gamblers specially high rollers will really see this one not interesting.
Unless if this is some sort of typo or a real one then that will really be a problem for some specially whale bettors but for us small time gamblers then this wont be an issue.
About on sites design then its a bit simple but i do still like it rather than with those fancy colors.
Hello!
Yes, the KYC is obligatory for those who withdraw 1000 EUR or more, and we still reserve the right to request KYC if there are some suspicious activity (i.e. multiple accounts)
As for the number, we think it's a fair one, and it will help us to protect the casino from bonus system abuse.
Thank you for your input!
The limit may still be reasonable. maybe they are tied to certain game providers and have no influence whatsoever on setting that limit to?
Hello!
We have over 10000 games from numerous game providers, all licensed.
Game providers don't make us change our policies, this is the policy that we choose as valid at the time.
Thanks for your input!
The website is good, looking at the sport bet option, I thought it might be real sports betting, but soon I realized it was a virtual game. Since it is a new site, I think it would be nice to have some free money or giveaway to check out the games. One more thing, do you have any country restrictions on your gambling website?
Hello!
I'm glad you liked it so far.
As fro your question,
Fatunad answered it very well
Thank you for your interest
You do not need to buy a high rank account and you mustn't. Buying a copper membership using the same account that you have right now is enough for you to post images. Here's how
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2385104.0I'm still confused as to why this error message was displaying, I tested out and seen it too but when I switched to other browser it shows just fine.
I Guess there was some technical error on part of the validator website. Just check again with any other browser - it will show correct non-expired validation.
I tried it on google and opera browsers but I still get the same expired message.
Oh, I could just buy rank here? I had no idea!
Thanks for pointing that out, I will do just that and update the OP post
As for the license -- IDK, some users reporting they have this issue and I had on my other browser for some time but I assure you it's some sort of technical issue and not a license issue.
It's kinda bit off if a new casino will ask about that since I cannot trust them up for giving my details while they don't have any reputation yet. Also I believe many doesn't like the KYC procedures since it doesn't give any convenient especially to those random casinos and platforms around. If they set the KYC mandatory I believe many will avoid this site and try later when they get a reputation to stake.
That's the problem with the new casinos they are mandatory asking for KYC but since they are not yet reputable and trusted many user will not going to register on it unless they are willing to sacrifice their personal information to new casinos. But we cannot blame them since they are just following their protocol from their license.
Hello
I understand not everybody likes the KYC, but some people prefer that.
Imagine if you won a million dollars and then the tax man comes asking where did it come from.
If you won it in a white hat KYC casino -- it will easy to prove.
And the Highest Rank unlocks a reward of 1 KG OF PURE GOLD, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!
How do you think you will deliver this gold to players all over the world?
I think most people here would much more prefer to have the same value of gold in paid in Bitcoins.
Easy to transfer anywhere in the world and I don't have to worry so much about importing and storing like with gold.
The idea with 1kg of gold reward, is to use Swiss/or different private bank. Gold will settle in the bank for the player. Player will also be able to choose other benefits in value of this gold amount - everything is negotiable with our highest VIP players.
Also, when I checked the validity of license using my browser, it says valid.
https://i.imgur.com/d3wAkcq.pngAlso, the OP says that they will require KYC if you deposit more than 1k euro.
So below that, no KYC. And if this will be a problem for you, you can always play in other casinos here that don't require KYC.
Thank you!
Really appreciating you taking time to double-check to find out what's really going on there.
As for the KYC mandatory conditions, just wanted to point out it's actually 1000 EUR (or more) withdrawals that trigger mandatory KYC
^ That is not new, every casino is having and required their user to have KYC IF it is winning a big amount. If you are using a small amount there is no need to worry about the KYC. I think for me, I am contented with a small amount to gamble because if I want to gamble, I am looking for some fun not for having a source of income. Nevertheless, if we talk about the site of this gambling company, I like the design and it is looking good. Probably I will get it back and register, for now, looking for more review since they are pretty new here.
Hello DoublerHunter, thank you for your input!
I'm happy that you liked it so far, and as for the reviews -- there are some posted on
Askgamblers hopefully we will be able to gather much more soon
Maybe if they don't ask KYC to people who come to their site, they can trust them.
They can use KYC for gamblers who want to deposit and withdraw more than $1k.
If they can do that, I think many gamblers will try to play gambling on their site, and if they can feel another experience, I think they can stay for some time to play another gambling game.
As other members said, if we feel that it is not right to playing gambling on one site, we can search for another gambling website to feel better.
But the important thing is you need to control yourself, no matter if you play on the regular or new gambling website.
Hello!
We are obligated to do this KYC policy to remain aligned with the regulations and license requirements.
I've noticed that most of the high bidders don't worry about anonymity too much, probably because it's hard to remain anonymous when you have so much cash
Not only the old casino, i wont be agree to send my KYC to any old casino too. I understand when trading sites ask for the KYC but i fail to understand why casino require KYC ? If they want to restrict certain countries accessing their site, its better to block those IPs rather than asking for the KYC.
Hello!
The KYC policy is not about country restrictions really.
It's about accountability and alignment with the European regulations.
Well, it's good that the op replied extensively to the concerns mentioned in this thread. Good communication is the first step towards building trust
And if the KYC is not really enforced when one is gambling with small sums, it's not a strict policy, but is a mild one, similar to the policies of other casinos on the forum.
Why are sports bets only virtual? Is it because of the license limitations? If not, are you planning to add betting on real events or will you stick to virtual? I think way more people are interested in the real ones.
Thank you
kryptqnick,
I will keep answering any questions and keep this awesome community updated with our progress
We are looking to add real world sports bets in near updates, we are still analysing to see if it's viable.
Once we have this feature I will update with the post and edit subject on forum to include this feature
Is the Friday spins will be renewed every week? Like the players can deposit 50$ to this week and in the other week he was able to deposit 50$ also or it can be claimed once only.
I like also your cashback method as most of the casinos are not offering this kind of feature, 5% is not that big but it can surely help the players to get some of their losses.
Hello! Thank you for asking!
Yes, the Friday spins renewed each week.
actually, fast response is really good in building relationship with the community. this will also give the assurance to players that there is a support staff that will hear their issues or concerns.
however, the OP is just an investor on this site. so dont know if he can answer all the queries here...
yes, they should add actual sports events. there are many sports bettors here, in the forum alone.
and regarding kyc, if you are not really a big timer, i guess there's no prob using this casino as they require kyc only to players with deposits over 1000 euro
Hello!
I'm not really an investor, but I do work for Fortunetowin, competent to answer any of your questions and have direct contact with owner with whom I discuss our progress on daily basis.
Regarding the sports bets -- I see it's a highly requested feature, and we're considering on implementing it to the website.
Thank you very much for your input everyone!
