They do not update the lines, these lines will probably come from companies who provide data. I agree that they should update the lines faster, but what if they can not?
For sure they are not the only bookmaker who suffer with this problem.
If players would play honest and straight, we did not had this problem. They probably pay accidently arbitrage bets but not people who are only arbitraging.
You can expect you will burn your fingers if you do not play straight.

There appears to be a Telegram group, in which all match fixing and fixed odds are undoubtedly discussed within this group. I don't know where this group gets the information from, but one thing that is certain is that it is not entirely fair. Levski may be more stupid than radish but you have no right to have his money confiscated.
Its your fault that levski manage to "grow" his bankroll.You had to limit his account before that.
You can SCAM every winning bettor this way.

I like the site. did not make any deposit so far. it is to bad to read that some players have problems with the site but they should act on a normal way.

Hello everyone!

We have reviewed the discussion including all individual responses. We cannot discuss individual names or accounts here. I can explain the situation what happened / is going on.
There have been a number of players who belong to the "Arbitrage betters" category. This group appears to be a professional gambling group, which is not gambling on our site, but is deliberately looking for wrong data odds. Wildan has also explained that well with his example.

We paid these users nicely (even though they only placed arbitrage bets). After these bets, they paid out their money, which they also received from us properly.
However, they didn't think this was enough and they started creating new accounts through different IP addresses. Here they placed arbitrary bets again and we paid it out again. After an extensive analysis, including Evidence with linked accounts / email addresses / IP addresses, we are 100% sure that the same group is behind this. This process has been repeated a number of times and we believe that we as a site should act against this and at the moment the funds are being held until we decide what to do about it.

All these arbitrage betters are paid by us, but of course they will not write that on the forum.

This player with the account name perfect86 registered an account with us on November 18th, deposited 15mBTC and won 55mBTC. Total payout 70 mBTC
Even though these were not fair-won bets, we have decided to pay out these players as we assume that other players will want to place bets fairly.
This user has created additional accounts after this, to be able to repeat the arbitration process over and over.
The only way to avoid this is to exclude this group and cancel all bets that have been placed.
And I'm not even talking about the fact that this player has created a duplicate account!

We will always pay out gamblers who play fair.

This group seems now to be angry because theu are caught by our system, but they should be aware of the consequences if you are trying to cheat.
