Please be aware that altcoin deposits are not working correctly. In my case, they credited funds manually and free rolled me by adding to my balance an amount greater than my actual deposit. I made a bet that was higher than my actual balance, so it should be void as incorrect, but instead they keep it as lost  If my bet won, they would definitely void it. |

It seems like your deposit was working, but that it did not went through automatically to your funds? |

I am not really at home in the altcoins I made a deposit via bitcoins that actually went quite quickly after 1 confirmation on the network I think you have to wait even longer with altcoins you have had your credit in your account why did you not have it approached the helpdesk if the amount was not correct. that is better than betting sooner or later that will come out anyway, I think if you want to make a payment for example, or you have to be lucky that they don't notice anything haha |
