Some are also preferred to keep their money in Bitcoin while the others converted to USDT. This is not a problem as nobody is forcing us/you to make a choice but all are base on our preferences and thinking. I'll choose BTC because it was more applicable in our country and easier for me to convert it to our local currency if I want.

If you were to make a lot of payouts every day, that could be expensive. I am not aware of how much the fee would be if you had an account in fiat.
it also has to do with which payment method you choose. That can also go in%, then it will be expensive. At the end the bookmaker/casino can always decide if they want to cover it or not.
