I am a long term supporter  of Ethereum and  know that it is the most trusted network to create smart contracts but the kind of Huge fees for withdrawal and swapping of tokens, we have to nowadays due to slow network or congestion , is going to make it unpopular coin in coming months and other networks like, Binance, EOS, Polka Dot may take its place . The issue with Ethereum is that its developers are trying to scale running Blockchain which is like repairing a car while driving.

I'm sure ethereum can last for at least 10 more years, the ethereum community is growing, look at the many ethereum-based projects that are worth up to billions of dollars and of course this makes ethereum even great.

The progress of this project will keep it alive, there are many developers who continue to support ETH chain not even there are  many available option those developers stay and entrust their project using this system.

We wil continue to see more updates from this coin and possible to receive more rewards if you are one of those holders.

As long as there are people who still supporting this coin and the team still doing their job, expect that this asset will continue to live.

Why do you think that it is going to die in 2021? I know price is an important factor, but for a second disregard it. Back in march and April, everyone was claiming ETH, BTC, insert altcoin was going to the moon and everyone will be rich. That was a few months ago and price plays with emotions.

l don't know why people think so, but for me, it is so absurd to think that it is going to die this year. That is right ETH has lost 50% of its own price, but that doesn't mean ETH is going to die or something else. Overall the market is changing every day, instead of l believe that ETH will start increasing in the near future and we should use this chance, if we can be enough patient, we can make money from ETH investment. That is why sure ETH will survive in the future.

Hopefully, you're already aware of the upcoming hardfork London hardfork which will implement the EIP1559 to solve the network speed and cost of transections. Also, ethereum already back to its previous lowest gas price level recently even without the EIP1559 and it'll be more lower from current gas price when this hardfork will be done which might happen in this month. So lets just wait for that hardfork to be implemented.

Indeed, ethereum has disadvantages, but devs are still on that without any rushing to solve those within short period of time. Hopefully, you're already aware of the upcoming hardfork London hardfork which will implement the EIP1559 to solve the network speed and cost of transections. Also, ethereum already back to its previous lowest gas price level recently even without the EIP1559 and it'll be more lower from current gas price when this hardfork will be done which might happen in this month. So lets just wait for that hardfork to be implemented. 

Yes, I agree with that. But there are nuances. The nuance is that for example 3-4 years ago Ethereum had no competitors. Not at all. And at this time it was possible to experiment as desired - the market participants simply had nowhere to go. Now the situation has changed a lot! ethereum new version will be trigger for ethereum price in future, there are alot discussion about the next ethereum version . And even JP Morgan said in 2025 it will reach highest capitalization ever. When we talking about ethereum , in our mind automaticly thinking about smart contract and we know many new project  launched in this platform no matter there are several competitors. But ethereum have strong community support .

Forget about high transactions fee, those crazy days were gone. After spike of high transaction fees recently ether transaction fees lower down all time low. This is temporary, better days are waiting. Ether surely surpass it peak price and will make new history. Ether is here to stay, not going to die.

Somehow, ETH already lessen the fees and by that move from the team, those who are still planning to build their
new project will consider to use ETH as it's really good fit for every developers.

Aside from that the incoming updates will also brings more investors and traders to buy and hold this asset,
the staking offers might trigger more interest for investors to hold more of this asset.

For sure it won't end and it will continue to succeed, long term investors will buy and keep this coin for retirement investment.

Not new version, just another hardfork or network upgrade to solve the current transection fee by replacing the auction based transection fee with burning mechanism and bigger block size than previous one. Also, ETH2.0 development is going on along with these small updates. Also, Berlin hardfork was the starting phase to solve the current transection problem and it would be solved when London hardfork will be done.

yes, gradually there have been changes which have been a problem for ethereum. so that many platforms emerged to reduce the high cost of ethereum at that time. we can't avoid it but it's just a matter of how the owner will place his new project on what platform, what is clear is that apart from many alternatives, ethereum may be difficult to replace, it's only temporary.

Bitcoin also have congestion and higher in Fee problem.But it didn't  die.Remember EOS and TRON which named ethereum killers but   they  failed.
