We discussed internally if we should make the reduced rate till block 200 or 500 to minimize instamine.
We decided to go initially with 200 and was later changed to 500 (we forgot to update the OP).
It appears we have set the initial 500 coin reward to 0 instead of 1
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can patiently wait till block 500!
