How may active connections do you have now? If none, maybe your network have some problem;
otherwise you maybe need restart your client or even your computer and try again

At first, I'm shocked by the rigor conditions for a 'free giveaway'.
For my understanding, a free giveaway is easy to get by posting my address on some website or via PM.
However, now I understand it's not a commen "giveaway', but a try to distribute a coin fairly.
I think the concept is new and has been accepted by more and more people, like C2, FairCoin.
I'm not sure about if I can get the coins. But I have a try.
And if I get qualified, I am going to follow the whole community to develop the communitycoin.

I'm used to be a miner and consider all Cryptocoins as mined.
I need change my mind now. PoS gets hot and hot.
A PoS coin with a free, fair distribution is damned good.
So I want to have a stake.
I can promise that I can do my best to promote this Communitycoin as others will.
If needed, I can throw some hashpower on this (I don't know if it's necessary for COMM. I saw Faircoin met some hashpower problem. ).
