I know it is important but I keep on missing it I can't really drink 8 glass of water a day,
And my doctor told me that it's okay and normal since I don't have any physical activity that is why I am not thirsty or couldn't drink 8 glass per day.
So for me the water you intake depends on your activity you just need to drink water regularly to cleanse your organ.

More than 60% of our Body is water meaning we don't just need water for drinking and metabolism but we need water to live.

doctors advised not only 8 glasses of water a day instead as many as we can as long as we are not in sickness .

Because there are some kind of sickness that prohibit too much water in our body.

Switching from soft drinks to water is one of the best ways to have a more healthy lifestyle and lose some weight.

I think we only value water as much as we should be if we experience some lack of it.

Water is the source of life for the human body.

There are rare cases of people suffering from  water allergies that even sometimes get as serious as making them completely avoid or reduce to the bearest minimum coming in contact or drinking water. To such people, water is their biggest enemy. It is very saddening to see that the same water  that is life to many, is life threatening to others.

I will drink a glass of cold water with all meals I have throughout the day.  And keep a bottle of water with me in my backpack when I walk to work.

I've been drinking water most of my life.
Back then when i was a kid, I used to drink Coca Cola all the time. I was really fat and i couldn't control myself.

One day my mom decided it was time to stop the bs and started buying only water at home. Best decision ever.
I've been drinking water ever since (more than 20 years now) and I do not miss a drop of sugar drinks at all.

Can you give me any proof or theory which proofs that drinking water make you slim ? I wish becoming slim was that easy  Roll Eyes

I never heard that that drinking water reduces weight. I hope it does reduce weight.

Our body constitute 65-70% of water so automatically that is the essential source for our life to survive. We can still survive without eating for some days but without water our life goes to risk and so it is also said that during summer we need to be drinking water regular in order to remain hydrated.
