Usually the limits are lowered for new(er) accounts until a good track record is established. Mainly a security measure in place to scale down on the abuse but if you need further clarification, feel free to contact our Support.

Some users may not like that but it's for security reason and we understand that since maybe some newly accounts placed bet on some games with high odds and miraculously win repeatedly that would raise suspicion about the behavior (Not sure if actually happened) but limiting newly created users is their way to secure their website.

Since you're a newbie, you can't attach an images but you can still able to provide the link. Upload your images on third party hosting images e.g. imgbb, imgur etc then copy paste the BBCode link, then anyone can quote and see your images. I don't think they're seized your money because you're won because they're well established casino and @UserU is an active team, there must be something wrong with your account.

You can use any website which you can store those images and then just show here the link, like google drive. Most commonly used here are those image uploaders which supports the use of BB codes, like imgBB and imgur.

We have identified and tracked an organized group of Russian betting accounts a couple of days ago. They were bypassing betting limitations with multiple accounts.
We banned about 10 accounts and let them withdraw their deposits.

The next day, they came back with 20+ accounts and did the same thing over again.

Our antifraud is complex and I can't go in details on how it works and what information we analyze because they would learn how to protect themselves better next time. We are also a participating member of the Esports Integrity Commission and have access to backchannel data about matches and betting patterns. Betting on fixed matches is fraudulent and a massive red flag.

Also, registering multiple accounts to dodge the betting limitations is a severe breach of the ToS.

Everyone is acting hurt and causing a scene because they got caught and they have money locked in the accounts. Unfortunately, this will serve as a tough lesson and as a deterrent to think twice before they attempt something like this next time.

We're not malicious, I understand the reasoning behind it, but we did it once and look where it got us. These organized groups won't stop unless there's a real risk of them losing money.
