Csgo500.com seized my money today. I have been playing for months, depositing and withdrawing. I can't deny that mostly won there, betting on esports. Today I placed a bet of 60 usd and won it. my bet was nowhere to be found on betting history and my balance was 0. Spoke on live chat with them and they told me that they are going to seize my money. They are not limmiting me or banning me, they just seized my entire balance.

There are rules to post about scams: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0. You dont have to follow them to get some support but you have to post evidence. Copy and paste of that chat doesnt prove anything. Post a scan of it that identifies them. Erase any personal or danger information.

Well, this is awkward. After you guys asked, I figured there's no harm in double checking all the bans and it looks like this particular user got caught in the crossfire.

His activity is very much synced with the fraudulent activity we've been fighting, but he's not part of any organized group as far as I can tell, therefore this wouldn't be a justification for a harsh ban.

We've reinstated his account and credited him for the win.

Hey Pmalek,

While I'm not involved in the review process (there's a dedicated team for such), my assumption could be of trying to bypass the limitations set, as the site imposes them for different tiers. For instance, tier D match win limits are capped at $300.

Therefore when OP made the bet around the same time as the other parties, the system most probably flagged his betting pattern to be akin to the above, hence getting caught in the crossfire.

As a casino, we have to protect our interests as well, so usually new accounts might be subjected to manual reviews compared to long-time players that have clean records.

That's just my speculation though, as there are many other ways people would try to game the system. You'd be surprised!
