I doubt that too. Floyd's counter punch is so quick and he has great head movements and footwork too. However, Floyd's age might have decreases his agility. So, Paul has always the chance to hurt Floyd or could Knock him down at a certain round because he (Paul) has a longer reach.
On the other hand, I'm pretty sure Floyd cannot knock Paul down. The Kid seems tough and Floyd might be fighting defensively as he usually does especially Paul is a bigger opponent.

I’m in agreement here. I don’t think Logan is or should be the favorite, but I’m crossing my fingers for him to land a lucky punch and shut Mayweather up. I just take issue with the people who say he’s a YouTuber who has no chance in a fight. He’s an experienced wrestler and I’m sure could beat the hell out of 99.9% of this forum, myself included. That being said, maybe Mayweather could take down 100%.

The only reason Logan Paul is getting the fan during his events is simply because there are fans who always believe that he could make some magically move that could upset his opponent and then there are other enthusiast who believe that someone could beat Floyd Mayweather up and they are purchase each and every one of his PPV only because to see him get defeated and that is the only reason Conor McGregor even became the highest selling PPV and now you think Logan Paul could land a lucky punch  .

A certain person may be good in a specific sport, but that doesn't mean he is also good in other sports. Look at Conor Mcgregor, he is one of the best MMA fighters, but look what happens when he fights Mayweather, he was just like a punching bag where Floyd just even having fun of him. They generated a huge amount of money at that time, in fact, it's easy money but that would not be possible without us.

Big doesn't mean that he cant be knocked down but basing off with knockdown percentage on overall fights of Mayweather is only in 50% which means this man isn't a hard puncher

but really good when it comes to technicalities or lets say on making out some points but I don't still believe that Logan would really win this one even some people do see

those kind of chance but lets see on how this fight goes and its a bit interesting on what would be the outcome.

Has anyone ever seen something as insane as what just happened between Jake Paul & Floyd Mayweather?  Nothing comes to my mind.  I feel like if nobody gets any charges against them, this will be the biggest mega fight in PPV dollars of all time.  Not deservingly so, but I wouldn't be surprised.  It's living up to the hype so far and they're just getting started.  I hope Jake didn't ruin his brother's shot.

It's all publicity stuff, and Jake will not press charges because win or lose he is going to make money here, huge money that he has not made before and he is a guy who likes to make a hype, the last thing that he wants to do is to make this fight canceled, and besides he is the one who provoked it he just did not saw that one coming, there's more hype that is going to come here before the night of the fight.

This brawl could have just been staged in order to set up Floyd vs. Jake Paul after Floyd beats his brother Logan. They are just building the storyline with these kinds of stunts. It makes the sport look like a circus but they are getting a lot of attention from it.

A Floyd vs. Jake fight would probably do great numbers. Jake will try to avenge his brother and now there is some bad blood because of the altercation.

its a brawl but this must be a fake brawling. If it were true the guards must have been throwing punches already but yes this is going to make more money. People will still be interested to watch they really do know how to make money with Floyd.

Agreed. This is not staged. Conor had world tours with Floyd and Conor never made Floyd uncontrolled reactions during the tours. Jake Paul only had minutes in front of Floyd and Jake made Floyd chase him angrily with a simple act of getting his hat from his head hehehe.

I would think it’s certainly possible. I’d have to look at state laws and stuff as to whether he could be charged without Jake pressing charges, but I would think there’s probably some investigations going on by the local police. Given that Jake has some fairly serious injuries, it wouldn’t be crazy to think Mayweather is going to have to cough up a couple bucks under the table.

Hey, at the end of the day its a fight, and we have weight classes for a reason. Smaller men, generally don't do well against bigger men. So, definitely he has a punchers chance, although I'm significantly doubting it, it may well happen. I would be more than happy to put my hands up, and say well done to Logan. If Logan manages to knock out Floyd Mayweather, that would be incredible not only for him, but also for boxing. I'm actually secretly wanting Logan to win, although that doesn't mean I have much hope of that actually manifesting.

There's no way he should be anywhere near the favourite but I definitely think it's worth sticking a tenner on at odds of 10/1 and higher. People seem to be writing off LP as if he hasn't got a chance but the difference in size is huge and it doesn't matter if you're the best boxer in the world someone who is twice the size of you can knock you out as you can't stop your brain rattling around in your skull. There's also the huge age gap as well so don't forget that this is a 44 year old man v's a 26 year old kid. I don't think LP will win as Mayweather will probably just do what he always does and go on the defensive which he's a master at but he's also no knockout artist even in his own weight-class so to KO Paul will be difficult. My expectation is that the fight will go the distance and Mayweather will win it on points or maybe Mayweather will just tire him out and then go in for the kill or the ref stops it or something. I'm kinda interested in seeing what happens though. Mayweather has more to lose here but either way there's going to be no losers given the paycheck they'll both be getting.

I have seen many altercations like this in boxing and this is nothing new, the high profile altercations like that were Bernard Hopkins and Felix Trinidad and you can watch in Youtube when Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis had a big altercation and many more in the past.

Who knows. Doesn’t make it any less funny. I used to hate both the Paul brothers but I’m turning into a full on fan of them both. Their good cap bad cop thing is really working for them. I just hope the got your hat nonsense doesn’t somehow cost Logan his chance to fight and collect himself the biggest check of his life.

Conor McGregor is in a sad phase of his career as he is getting tough opponents in MMA and there is no way he could hype his journey with losses instead he could retire from MMA and then focus solely on Boxing and then call out fighters and with his high profile he will be getting good opponents and he can even fight for the title and if he really wants to compete in Boxing he needs to drastically improve his cardio.
