I had to sell a lot of my bitcoin during that time I am so pissed off. I knew it was a bad move but I had little choice. It is not really surprising anymore to see people telling their regrets about the things that they should have done early this year. It is easy to regret actually but the thing is we would only do things that depends on our prediction. We could've done things differently if we've seen through that bitcoin's value will rise this high at the end of the year. If you are one of those who didn't prepare properly because you never thought things would end up this way, stop wasting your time on regret, do something that may benefit you while the price of bitcoin is still sky high, for syre there's a way.

I agree. If you still feel confident about Bitcoin, then go ahead and purchase some. Even those who made their purchase at ATH levels in 2017 are in 30% profit now. There is a chance that you may need to wait for a few years, but eventually you will end up with good profit. And this is much better choice than whining about wasting the opportunity to purchase Bitcoin at cheap rates.

While I agree at the same time it is not an easy decision to make, we know the market can change and turn from extreme bullish to bearish in a heartbeat and people do not want to invest now because they are afraid that if they do it the price may crash on them 20% or 30% overnight and then be put in an even more difficult position of selling for a loss missing a potential recovery or keep holding and risking the price keeps crashing.

That being said, I might have to buy some BitCoins now.   I think a hardware wallet is the best, but I need advice form more experienced BitCoin experts when dealing with large amounts that BitCoin is now worth.   Do you guys have any suggestions on the best, most secure way to purchase and store BitCoins without getting scammed or hacked

The best way will be to store in Binance as it has 2 step verification and the exchange seems healthy for atleast this entire year. Other way would be to store on ledger hardware wallet. Please make sure you purchase it from the original website and not from amazon as the sellers might just copy the private keys before sending the hardware to you!

We all wish that we do buy at a time when the market price is around 3000$, and already sell my bitcoin around 27k$ its not that bad but I still make a good profit from it.

It just really rare to see bitcoin pumping so fast in just a small amount of time, but in the market, we could always see or there will always be an opportunity to invest in bitcoin.

I think it's enough to use something like Electrum or mycelium where you could put your bitcoin for starter, but if you know that it's a very big investment you should use a hardware wallet.

Buying the dip is a strategy that you can use effectively but you need to know when to use it, buying the dip makes sense when the market is not showing much strength but when the market is going up so rapidly you cannot afford to use that strategy, so at the end all boils down on whether or not you think the current movement has the strength to keep going up, and if you do, then you buy even if the price is high but now with the price trading at 31k it is even harder to buy as now the fear the price begins to go down is even higher.

I admit that all of this feels overwhelming to me. If someone had told me, just a few weeks ago, that bitcoin might go up in value so much, I'd have told him hi was nuts. Where's the end of this boom? That’s a million dollar question.

At least you don't sell all your Bitcoin, you don't need to regret it too much. I bet you already take profits by selling most of your coins at 18K. 
Now, we are better to focus on how to determine or manage the remaining coins in our wallets. When the possible highest rate? When sell it? We must think about it. I agree, NOTHING goes up in a straight line, there will be corrections.   If it were possible to predict where the corrections would be, we would all be rich.  Many were warning about a correction at 22,000 but it did not happen.   Now 22,000 looks super cheap      I should have bought in at 3900 in March  

The institutional money going into BitCoin really did change everything !   I am not sure if I would by in at 43,000, but then again, if Bitcoin hits 100,000 then the current price will look like cheap also....
