Hello everyone,

Online poker traffic is growing during the covid19 pandemic. Formats like tournaments are becoming
very attractive, sites are running huge series with big prizes to win and a lot of recreational players,
beginners and traditional casino players are joining. In addition some sites added cryptocurrencies as
deposit and withdraw options.

It would be great if i find some support:

Is there any interest in:

a) poker staking? short-/longterm, cashgames/tournaments
b) rakeback deals -casinos
c) cashback deals -ewallets
d) poker coaching?

Hey, my goal is to find out if the crypto community is interested in those topics i mentioned above.
Me and my team are working on a site similar to youstake.com, where payments are made in cryptos with lower fees and couple unique features.

Besides that im a longtime player who converted from a full time to a series player a couple years ago.

no doubt there will be enough interest in it. you just need to end up with the right players and you should be lucky to have certain people on your site who have some fame and network. I think it is quite a job to set up such a site

You can bet that there's always an interest at those features.

It will now depend on the proper execution of those ideas and how can you attract users to your site amid the big competition between poker sites today.

Actually, even without knowing what's the pulse of the community, why not start working on those right now and gamble for it. The target audiences aren't just lurking here in the community so you might not get enough references based on comments.

We can't see the result without engaging it in actual. As you have mentioned, you are an experienced gambler so you might have an idea if those features you have mentioned will catch the interest of the community. Best of luck!

There are too many poker games here and in fact, there's an active thread here who had a poker tournament and I think the features that you have mentioned above are interesting if you also add some promotions.

That was mentioned above, it's a big competition if you also run a poker site here since there are already those who run poker games and set tournaments but who knows if you will try. Lurking gamblers to play and stay at your gambling site is not quite easy as of now, you need cath their interest with an exchange of something that can easy to use.

I dont plan to make another online poker room. My idea is to make a site where users can buy action from tournament players. Staking is similar to crowdfunding, users are buying shares in % and incase a player gets in prizemoney  the users get his $.

I thought about presenting some players here and start it small to see how the community reacts. Would you buy some Action?

I don't know why OP have to ask those questions but I'm sure lots of interest in those OP had mentioned.
There are gamblers all over the world that would like to be part of those in the list.

I think OP is somewhat gathering some information here or so but anyway, gambling industry is a big business so no matter what you ask for there's always someone willing to do it. And this pandemic is just a hindrance to the gambling industry but it will soon be done thanks to the vaccine.

I think that if you want to be successful in poker you should start doing some online tournaments with some prizes in satoshis, now you should take advantage of much more that the market is in good position, many players will want to play to win. When tournaments are done online, it attracts players a lot.

I am in contact with agents who are offering the best rakeback deals for ggpoker and partypoker. If there is any interest anyone can pm me and i will build up a connection with them. All the rakeback will get paid direct the poker accounts on mondays. The only requirement that your account is not already affiliated.

Regarding staking, players will post their schedules-lists of tournaments that are going to get played. I though about creating a discord channel for better communications between backers-investors and players. Poker coaching can be requested from those players who you invest in as extra service.

Exactly, i want to gain some interest and trust by this community for future projects.

All players are going to identify and leave there personal information and copy of id to avoid scams. But in general i plan only to add trusted players who are known in the community and have positive financial/backing history. I didnt leave im still active and have won the last 5 years i just dont play fulltime anymore.

Good thing if Op will do it, but it needs enough funds to capitalize the promotional method specially when it comes to online tournament. That needs strong security as hackers would likely going to breach the system and possible results hacking tends to initiate. Though it attracts more potential players, system preparation is quite costly because that needs skilled service desk programmer who's an expert in terms of handling website engine that caters crypto gambling.

The traffic is up, but mostly on MTTs and Spins where you can find a lof of casual players.
SnGs are nearly dead ($15+) and reg infested, Cash is close.

a) Show us some Sharkscope and other results.

If you don't have what to show, try your luck in GGPoker. It has build-in staking where everyone can buy/offer pieces of the action.

thats right . like everyone else talking , poker sites or poker rooms are now already existed and it wont be really a good idea if you add on them if you dont offer something new but your new idea is great i liked it even if i only have a little knowledge in poker but with the help poker staking i think that could help me earn a good profit because i am not rellying on my own skill but pro players are gonna play for me and since i mention that im a beginner , poker coaching would be a perfect service for me and did i mention i like cashback and rakebacks too ?

cool. i used to stake and be staked back in the online poker boom days. sounds great tbh. i'd love to see a venue for buying pieces of tourney players.

are you talking about a site where you curate players and we back them? or one where anyone can present their stats and be staked?

how would tournament funding work? how secure would stakers' money be? how do you make sure staked players don't stiff you?
