if you fix one date for all pays its better option for you in this option if one member is came before 7 days then you give him 1 week and and if someone came 15 days ago then give him for 2 weeks I think its help you much better

Nope, it's weekly if you don't want to participate anymore and did your job (at least 50 posts) then you can be paid anytime you want, just like Light.

The minimum to get paid is 50 posts and 1 full week of participation. You can decide to leave the campaign and get paid for 1 week, or keep the sig for another week (no posts needed).
If you want to leave, post here (just like Light did), otherwise, you will be paid automatically after 30 days (unless you got a scammer tag, or don't have the required post number).
