I tried to claim the airdrop for the first snapshot but failed, maybe because I wasn't included in the first snapshot list, then tried to claim for the second snapshot, but it didn't work, is the airdrop claim only for the first snapshot? When can the second snapshot airdrop be claimed?

Based from their announcement, you can only claim for the first snapshot, so yes, it will really fail if you try for the second snapshot.
I believe, they will also post the dates for the claiming date for every snapshot. It is not claimed all at once.

And upon checking in pancakeswap, entering the contract address of their token, it says no results found.
So is this being traded already in pancakeswap?

So the instruction is for the first snapshot only and not for the second and they will come out with a new instruction on how to claim on the second snapshot? if you do not have a claim in the first snapshot but you have in the second snapshot then you just input in the code
makeairdropfile "BSC ADDRESS" 1 "C:\airdrop1.txt" the number 1 as the number of snapshot, there are people who have a claim in the second snapshot and they are waiting for the go signal.

I think it will be so, because this token is already popular and its growth is also growing not bad

It will take time before the developers will see this platform their advantages. But it may take only one project to be successful using their network to appreciate their advantages. Glad that they've added it I create a portfolio on Coingecko for fast monitoring of my investment if this project have potential in the market those who buy wt the current price can buy a lambo , I'm still waiting for the second snap hot instruction, I expect the price to drop further during these airdrops but eventually recover and reach another all time high after the mainnet is release.

I think the most sensible option for the remaining airdrops is just release it with some intervals: 50% now and 1 month later, another 50%. This can at least satisfy both sides about the concern that airdrops may affect Graphene's price as well as stay true to the roadmap's promises. Everyone is happy and the team can move on, focus on more pressing matters.

my personal opinion is that subsequent airdrops will have less impact on price volatility, just like Phore blockchain snapshots in PHR trading.

Your strategy may prevent airdrop receivers from dumping it all once.
Since they will receive in intermittent basis, it may create value every stage of distribution.
Because as you move forward, I am sure you will see to it that there's progress with your developments.
So it translates that, as you go along, the value should increase as you accomplished your tasks.
