How much btc do you need to secure your future?

This is actually an interesting question- since securing your "future" can be a difficult question to answer given the relativity of the amount of money needed in living in a particular area (e.g. first world countries vs third world countries, etc.).

As someone who lives in a third-world country, the amount of 1 BTC can garner you a very comfortable life- you can actually purchase a condominium unit in a relatively safe environment. But if the question focuses on "security in my future", I think having 20-30 BTCs can make my future very secured to the point that I can live accordingly without any hassle or inconvenience.

Yup the expense value differs but when he or she wishes to stay in a country like US, UK from a country which is not developed, he or she would require minimum of 5 Btc for now which is not too much. I frankly need 2 to 3 BTC as of now and I feel thats enough. Will close off all the debts and build a house and buy a car and then will save few thousand dollars to run my life along with my regular monthly income.

Indeed the US and UK countries need more Bitcoin to secure the future, compared to third world countries which have a lower cost of living.
Because I live in a country that is a third world country, I only need 1 BTC to be able to secure the future. Especially if Bitcoin reaches a price of
$100k, 1 BTC can make me live a happier life. Most importantly we have no debt and do not have the wrong lifestyle. That's why I'm currently
collecting Bitcoins, so I can have 1 BTC. But because in 2021 there are so many unexpected events, which forced me to sell some of my Bitcoin,
so it took me much longer to get 1 BTC. But I am optimistic that I can collect 1 BTC, as long as we try hard nothing is impossible, even though
I know the price of Bitcoin is getting more expensive.

There is an answer for each individual.

It relies on where you live and how much the cost of living is. In the first world countries, 1 bitcoin while its price is on $47k isn't enough because cost of living there is too much.

But that 1 bitcoin in some parts of the world, that would be enough for them to have a better living and can have a better start as they have that amount for a business or savings.

But for most people then it would really be talking about the more the better because human beings could never really be contented on what they do have even if they do have almost all the things in the world.

We are naturally greedy which you could really expect these kind of decisions which is very common.this is an unlimited kind of preference for sure.
Securing your future and the status of it would really vary or depends on how hard and time you do put effort on that.This isnt something that could be achieved out
easily.

Well, increase your source of living until you get the amount that you think fits for your future and needs. We want as many as we can but doing it gives you the reality that you have to do something for you to achieve that.

Unless you're already good with what you have. The security of our future depends on how wise we are with our investments and being hard working isn't enough.

I hope now you get your answer. Truely, time is the answer. Now come to your topic, how much should I hold to secure my future. In that case, it depends on two things: first, in the future, where you want to see yourself, and second, how much you can afford to hold now. Whatever amount you invest today and hold for your future, I think 90% of the people will say yes, whatever position you are in right now, you will be in a better position tomorrow. That's guaranteed. Yes, it is true that it is also dependent on your location and your financial capabilities, but I believe those two factors are the most important. my opinion, others can be different. Thank you.

2 BTC is just $100k at the current price which it would really be sufficient for some years but not for next 60 years but depends if on where you do invest on others with those amounts on making yourself sustainable.
Speaking of how much btc is needed then the more the better just like on what mentioned above is that people wont really be contented on what they do have now or even setting out those unrealistic ones.
Its not bad to make out some wish or goals in mind but you should stick on being realistic because not all would really be that effective nor does assure that you would
really be heading there.

Prices are rising as the year progresses, but 2-3 btc is more than enough to live in lift to the fullest.I think we are the same since owning a half of bitcoin right now makes you a millionaire in our country, and that makes you buy everything needed, but to secure your future, then 2-3btc is the best since you'll need to buy land and houses for your children and secure their education. However, you must continue to work because that amount of BTC will be depleted in the near future, and you will require a source of income to support yourself.

I guess that's the same as my location but getting one bitcoin is still a good thing but if bitcoin continues to rise in value that may not be achievable in a short amount of time. As for the insurance kinds of stuff, I think individuals have their choice. If they want a lifestyle that was more secure for their health or beneficiaries then insurance I guess is a must but as I said it depends on every individual taste of investments.

In what country is that? The cost of living there seems to be affordable and wise if someone wants to live there comfortably. 2 BTC with its current price and living comfortably there seems cheap. It is somewhere in Asia? and are there a lot of ex-pats living there too and found that your place is one of the cheapest places to stay? If you're not a family man then there's really no burden at all but I think if you start your own family, things might change including the finances.

if we will only compare the price of Bitcoin now then 1 bitcoin wasn't enough to secure our future though what you quoted is surely depend on how will bitcoin perform in the future.
Imagine if bitcoin rose to 1 million dollar value in the next few years then yes 1 bitcoin is enough for our future security.
but the problem is what if Bitcoin downfall to 5 digits still when the time you needed the funds?
this will be a lowering outcome.

As for me, I don't think about what amount of Bitcoins I want to owe, but maybe it is a good and specific goal if you know an exact number of Bitcoin you want, but personally I think about it in a little bit another manner.
