Noso project news:

Proof-of-Stake implementation sucesfull. Now holders can earn Noso each block only by holding them.

- 10% of the block reward is distributed evenly between addresses with enouhg balance.
- PoS payments are efective inmediately after each block is mined.
- There is not need to have the wallet connected.

I just looked at the official Github page and downloaded the source code. From what I understand, Nosocoin is written in Lazarus with FreePascal (in other words, free and cross-platform Delphi). It uses the Indy10 package as its network interface and many other hashing libraries.

I have never seen a coin implemented in this language before. It seems that the project developers have created the miner and full node software from scratch. I can advice you to compile ELF executables and provide DEB and RPM packages. People will be able to run the Nosocoin client without installing Wine on Linux.

I'm rather surprised that this is the first Object Pascal coin that crosses your path.

This is, actually, the second coin, that I know of, that is implemented in Object Pascal.

The first one is Pascal or PascalCoin and you can find the GitHub repo here: PascalCoin

And both coins do not have a Qt wallet since the default widget set that Lazarus uses on Linux is GTK and Cocoa on macOS.

Noso is also progressing to a point where, the initial code base, is slowly being massaged to be cross-platform on Windows, Linux and macOS.

It's humble roots, derived from the hard work of the main dev, are being spread across the OS rift and will be fortified along the time.

So, keep a watch on this place, like the 'muricans say

No. It empties out when leeches like u blow the coop and stop clogging it. Pool wont last another day. They dont have money to pay for hosting services which is no wonder because just look at it, look at this NOSO garbage, its always been shit in my cut, I hardly need to invent a metaphor to convey how much it riles my balls. Ive been telling from the onset that NOSO should lie under the diarrhea stream.
