Zcash isn't considered as one of potential best altcoin on this year. XRP, Zcash, Dash, and Monero will turn to dust soon once SEC settled the problem with privacy coins like those.

ATH of ZCASH caused by hype and that will never happen again. It's impossible for zcash to touch ATH again and do you know what's ATH of ZCASH? it's three digits.
Zcash is a privacy coin and this coin is not so popular as monero. it's a bad choice to pick zcash, this time privacy coin is not really promising.

My own altcoins selection is SXP. It is one of the projects operating under binance coz they were acquired by binance. They say that they are top contributors to crypto.com and have been operating for years already. It reached an all time high of $5 in August last year and dumped very hard to under $1. its back now and slowly moving to all time high. Every one should keep an eye on it. It will do well in the incoming altcoin season. Another good altcoin is GRT which is the Graph.

With movements that are not much different then I assume that all altcoins have the same chance of getting better in 2021. But maybe the defi project is still one that might be of interest and besides, today the market crashed and I still can't confirm whether it means the end of the bullish trend. If so, I think a lot of holders and / or investors are losing money because this is a very strong and fast decline.

i believe this year, most of TOP altcoins will break its ATH and a lot of shitcoins will die
so, if you have an alts with no updates from several months wich indicating as a shitcoins, i think you must sell your alts ASAP and convert it to valueable alts such as ethereum, litecoin or binance coin

I like coins in the DeFi world these days, within the staking for other coins, liquidity providing, the whole airdrop systems, and all those APY returns you get from being one of the early ones, it is crazy these days. You can get in as one of the first people, invest only 1000 dollars, and get about 5000 dollars back in just 2-3 days, obviously you need to be extremely lucky, but if you are one of the first people to do so and the coin goes up a lot, and there is not huge amount of money invested right away and APY stays high? Well it could just happen.

It reminds me of the times when back in the day when a coin was released, it was just released with a wallet and that was it, and we could mine it on early hours with our laptops and computers, and after one or two days it will be impossible to profit with it, so it was important to be early.

I was in BTC during 2011 for the first time. Forgot password for the old forum account so I just registered a new today.
I still hold some coins from that time, that great time when one woke in the middle of the night to check the PC whether it was still mining!


I also hold these coins:

1. Avax
2. Nano
3. Ada

I have most faith in the new project Avax, long term. Out of those three I invested most in it (2000+ to be a validator).
I might setup a node soon. Had tried some delegation for staking, very easy to do, it felt like BTC mining is back.

I feel that this year will be a starting point where a shifting will slowly occur in the crypto market. I.e a big part of the BTC marketcap will shift into other cryptos, or that new money will get into other cryptos than BTC.

The best altcoins for 2021 will possibly be BNB, ethereum, and the newly launched Trust Wallet Token (TWT) AND SafePal (SFP). What I believe will be the fuel to make BNB one of the greatest is the fact that it will be the gas to be used on Binance Smart Contract. SFP and TWT are native coins for giants of cryptocurrency wallets.
