Like what most have mentioned, there can never be any profit if you do not sell your bitcoins, so it is entirely impossible to have that kind of situation. Maybe what they meant was they HODL their remaining bitcoins and let time do its thing. That's one way to increase the value of your bitcoins especially during this bullish run.

First of all, you need to be cautious of the videos you watch on Youtube cause some videos are used to send false information whilst some are used to scam people through ROI investment.
Having said that, the only way I think you can increase your Bitcoin profit without selling your coin is by offering loan service on an exchange which some exchange called investment of BTC on their bankroll and any information apart from all what I said is totally a scam.

Heed to this advice, OP.

Lots of videos on Youtube promoting investment schemes and false information that would let someone to believe that one is possible, which in fact, is impossible. Loans are risky especially if the person you are dealing is not reputable. Hell, even reputable members of this forum default on loans- which is why you really have to be extremely careful when loaning.

Yes you missed a lot you forgot to click on the link below the Youtube video or testimony from the first person to comment on the video, that video would definitely lead you to a scam Binary or HYP site. Bitcoin is an investment you make a little profit if it rises in price without selling it or trading most especially this Bullrull those who bought it at $14k are making a lot of profit without trading or selling now that BTC $39k-40k. My little advice stops watching Youtube on how to double your investment without trading this person are likely to scam you.

I get what you are saying but not every "double your X" will be an HYIP, especially in the case of Youtubers, it will be difficult to tell. We need to be organized with what we label some scams so people can easily pick them apart.

Sure enough it may be true that there is a way that you can earn more bitcoin without having to sell but it is not something that will earn you that much. These are just some tricks that youtubers come up with and then feed the minds of desperate bitcoin traders who are really looking forward to making something more out of bitcoin. If you try it then you may not notice any good improvement. They have ways of making their ideas seem like they will work and earn you that much but they will not. Warren Buffet is the richest person on earth amongst all people who made their profit by investing, sure there are others who are richer but they all have a product or a business, Warren Buffet made it with investments. However when it comes to bitcoin he said it was in a bubble, that was about 2 years ago, now we are ten times bigger. So anyone in the world could be wrong about bitcoin, never trust others let alone some youtubers.

I think regular people are getting a bit more attention these days as well. They are not getting watched as much as youtubers who act like they discovered fire, I agree that these huge grand ideas, not just in crypto but everything on youtube, when doing huge claims and all, they get more views.

However I watch regular miner channels for example, people who are not really doing big claims and all, people who show the grind, show building it, basically all around regular things, and in the end they have been getting bigger and bigger. So it turns out, it is a quick way to get viewers to say big things, but it is also a lot more sustainable to do things right way, that will allow you to get viewers and also will keep your viewers coming back constantly, if you lie to them one of your videos will be watched but that's it, you will be gone and not be a youtuber.

in Some youtube videos I heard some analysts talk about taking profits in bitcoin without selling bitcoin.  some of them even said that they doubled their Bitcoin amount in this bullrun. They don't explain how exactly to do that.

I tried to research and can't find any way to do that in any of the exchanges I use such as kraken, bittrex or coinbase.

 The only way I know of,  to take profit of bitcoin bull run is to sell some bitcoin which means the bitcoin holding will reduce.

So, I am just wondering is it really possible to take profit without reducing bitcoin holding?  Am I missing something here?

Wait what? How in the world you are able to double your profit in Bitcoin without selling them. There could be some ways (not a hundred percent sure on this though) but I don't you are able to double it. Unless it was a Ponzi investment, specifically HYIP investment. You should totally get out from it, yeah could get profit at first but as it goes on you won't be able to pay out so be careful. I'd like to see those videos though and check them myself.

If you are honestly going to believe this and you have even taken it as far as talking about it here then it means that you can easily be fooled into doing some very consequential things in bitcoin. This is a business and the people on youtube are also doing business. They will always try to come up with some very ridiculous ideas of how you can make money but most of them never actually work. They even buy the likes and the coments to make it seem like it works. In bitcoin the best way and trusted way to make profit is to buy and sell. There Is nothing more to it.  Whatever method you saw on youtube was made up and amy never actually work for you.

Does they are willing to sell the tricks? Or they have linked any website url in videos descriptions? I am asking this because they might share some ponzi scheme site or some ponzi wallet which allow to use stake their bitcoin (means Holding bitcoin on their wallet) and they will share some interest. That means it's a way like ponzi.

But I did not hear something like that where I can take profit without selling BTC. And I am not sure though if there any way or not. My guess they are talking false and trying to scam people when they will follow their step or when people will be interested to buy the tricks.

I would say bitcoin is the hardest one, there are other ones that could be done easier but bitcoin is not that simple. For example when ETH becomes 2.0 and gives stake? Just put your ETH into stake and collect ETH for free, and use that if you want to? Or reinvest that and get more ETH in return later.

There are many stake coins, there are liquidity providing, there are many new things in play with DeFi projects now, however bitcoin is none of that. Sure there are places that give return on bitcoin as well, as high as 10% for example, but I am not entirely sure if I trust them. Only place I trust is freebitco.in and they give only 4% yearly, which is not bad when you look at grand scheme of things, but I am pretty sure that is now what people want neither. So long story short aside from bitcoin you could make great return, for bitcoin you may get a little.

Well, you have a point.
Most especially on Twitter, Facebook, and other social media platforms that saying it will double your bitcoin in just a matter of days or weeks.
This is very common every time when bitcoin prices rise too much, there are too many scammers trying to take advantage of those people who did not know about bitcoin. They give sweet promises to the new bitcoin holders to double it and then later on they will disappear like a bubble. Taking profit of bitcoin when the price goes up high or doing in trading, is the best way to gain profit, but investing in any platform using your bitcoin and hoping that you will gain profit, that is a totally wrong and a possible scam.

Not by sorcery but they will be trapped by their scam tactic. I believe those videos will give them a link to sign up or something. Don't be fooled by these people. They will just screw your money. Perhaps it will be a misleading video taking profits without selling your bitcoin. It is not possible, I can't also think of any way that we can take profits if we don't sell it off.

Let us say they have doubled their bitcoin's value because of this bull run,  but getting a profits will require you to exchange or sell it off into other coins or into fiat currency.

That is the thing, watch any news channel and you are going to see that they have the tendency to offer the most polarizing points of view in order to attract viewers or clicks, and YouTube works in the same way, if you want to have big audiences in YouTube you most likely are not going to get it by telling people to buy bitcoin and hold it for as long as they can.

People want secrets and tips, they want to invest in an unknown coin and make a fortune in a single week and even if those youtubers know that is impossible they are still going to give recommendations like that in order to bring viewers.

Profit without selling? Thats not possible, you cant take profit in bitcoin unless you sell, if they say the value doubled I bet this is due to fluctuations and bullrun which reflrects on the equivalent value in usd.

If its a too good to be true videos most likely its not true just like the hyip scheme.

Maybe that is because I have the worst experience with HYIP and I am familiar with their slogan
At Youtube, we can find many videos trying to promote a similar thing that we read and try to invite more people to join with their network. But if we know that there is no instant money available on the internet and even real life, we will not attract to join with that programs because we know that will end by losing our money if we join them.
