if you already understand the world of trading, it is better to enter the world of trading because you can earn daily income

But at least, he needs to learn or have skills in trading to make a profit or earn an income. It is not easy to have daily income from trading because skills are the important thing you should have. If he does not have much time to learn more about trading, investing will be a good choice for him to make money, but he needs to have the patience to hold his coins because the crypto market will not always grow every day. Why decide for one of them both?

For Instance, if you have 10k at hand, you want to invest/trade with. Why not invest some 7k in longterm investments, keep 2k cash in case you see some hot looking opportunity, and use another 1k for trading with lowest possible risk in the beginning.

That is how I started. Not with 10k, but with 70% / 20% /10% . The plan was to secure my money in the long shot, so even if I mess up in trading, my longterm investments should at least bring losses from trading to break even. Also, I do not only invest in BTCUSD but other resources (stocks as well, also some ETFs and stuff).

There are those who don't actually understand the term trade, some don't even know how to go about this trade, so, investment should be a source of alternative to these sets. With my little understanding of trade, i will be okay to trade than to invest.

If you are aiming to grow your investment, trading is the best option for you. If you have good understnding and you are willing to take the risk, it will gives you the opportunities to double or more your initial capital, you just need to to be willing to work  hard in understanding every factors that affects your investment activities.

Even though in rare cases trading could be a better option for those 1% of traders that know the next move of the market whether it's based on TA or insider information and such, in most cases trading does not have any advantage over investing and it's actually the opposite.

Investing could give you far better results if you know how to do your own research about projects and find those who would be better performing, but for investing to be profitable it could take more of your time and you have to be willing to wait for a long time to be able to cash out with decent amount of profit.

the decision really depends on the user, how good he is in day trading. because if he knows the scalping strategy, he can earn more profits than just waiting and holding for certain time period. but of course, there's a risk involved in scalping. if you dont know what youre doing, one mistake and you will lose all your hard work. but i do agree, if youre good at this strategy, you can earn more profits than just holding. but it requires hard work on your part. so yeah, there's advantage of trading over just investing, that is, if you know what youre doing.

As an example trading, when you choose trading as your strategy be sure that you are the person who can be able to make an analyst in a short period of time, like per days or per three day in a week. Unfortunately those rare traders who make a ton of money from trading because they are both very good at what they are doing plus they may get lucky as well sometimes, a lot of people think trading is the way to go. Of course if you are as good as those people you should trade instead, that would give you a lot of money, but the reality is that we are not looking at something like that in a lot of people who trade, they do not know what they are doing and they act emotionally and end up losing a lot of money, why do they do it?

Because, they think they could do the things veterans and experts can do while they are new, they study it for like a week and learn what it is all about and they end up with making something similar and lose all their money instead. Trading is not completely like gambling. Because there are 2 types of trading that can be done at this time. Spot trading and futures trading. If you say trading like gambling may be more appropriate for futures trading, because futures trading is a derivative trading transaction that uses a margin trading system. You can only guess whether it will go down or go up and then you place a bet in the form of coins that you have. if your guess is wrong and gets liquidated, your coins will be lost. Unlike the spot, because trading with the spot is safer and you will still have coins.

Trading and investing have the same goal of earning profit. Trading is not easy to do because it requires some basic trading, while investing depends on the altcoin you choose and the funds you have. Everything has a risk, cryptocurrency is the highest risk.

Trading is very attractive for newbies precisely because of those reasons, trading can generate profits faster and it can generate more profits than investing as well so when newbies see this fact they are immediately drawn to trading, but what they do not understand is that trading is many times harder than investing and that only a selected few have the right knowledge and characteristics necessary to become good traders, and if newbies instead had chosen to become investors the potential profits will not be as high but they will have better chances of actually getting them.
