I think this is going to be an exciting fight to watch by defeating Lee Selby George Kambosos now is the mandatory challenger for Teofimo Lopez, in my opinion, George Kambosos has the accuracy and speed while Teofimo Lopez has the Accuracy and Strength, this is a great match to watch both fighters are undefeated even though Lopez has a remarkable record on knockouts While I think Kambosos has quite the experience and the main sparring partner to Manny Pacquiao in preparation with Pacquiao's Jeff Horn fight,
In my opinion, I think that it is hard to decide on who's really going to win, George Kambosos has potential, and training with Pacman is something that can not be taken lightly, but Teofimo Lopez has a devastating knockout punch that Kambosos should watch out for. So for now I need to look even further at some small details about both fighter's training regime and defeated foes as well.

LOL, it's early to demand that huge payday, yes, he beat the great Loma, but it doesn't mean that he can command $10 million a fight, it's getting too much in his mind that it can back fire on him because he is too focus on making money fighting. Manny Pacquiao take the hard route before earning $10 mil or higher every fight.
Lopez still needs to proved himself and winning in spectacular fashion before he can command that huge pay. And we are still in the pandemic, he needs to understand that, big money can't be raised that easy.
He can demand whatever he wants if he knocked Lomachecnko out, but for me, it's a close fight and Loma wants a rematch, if he asking $10 million because he beats Loma, what more if he beats Davis or Garcia, he will be asking for the moon, he should beat more great opponents, the best fighter should fight and beat the best fighters if he wants to have good value, he only beat Loma. Time has changed, boxers are now demanding money, it's all about the money now, when the price is right, they'll fight. Of course Lopez is the champ, he is still young but he become so demanding, I think he needs to win more fights like LOMA then he can start demanding. I've read some boxers in the past which are demanding high purse but when no promoter is getting them their value decrease suddenly, hopefully it will not happen to Lopez.

It was just lately that Lopez had beaten the great Vasyl Lomachenko. That was probably the hardest fight of Lopez's career. So I think that has sufficiently prepared him to meet any opponent in the future.
We all witnessed that big event and we were thinking Lopez has no chance against LOMA, in fact we saw the poll voting in a thread here before and almost everyone is on LOMA and we were wrong. I am for Lopez in this fight. Kambosos is a lot easier opponent than Loma. Although undefeated, Kambosos has yet to leave a footprint on the boxing ring. This is for me an easy Lopez fight but the hardest battle Kambosos has to face. It helps that he is going to take this big battle in his home country but I doubt this will help much.
Same here, the odds itself says Kambosos needs some miracle to win, so I'm not betting for that Miracle, I just stick to the proven fighter, young and hungry and that is Lopez. When Lopez was pitted against Loma, the odds was also highly favorable for Loma and unfavorable for Lopez. It was also perceived that a sort of a miracle was what Lopez needed to beat Loma. Loma was -400 to -450 in the betting odds. But it turned out that Lopez was the better boxer that night. I am not saying Kambosos has zero chance of winning. The man is young and strong and in fact undefeated to be fair. But with all objectivity, I will also stick to Lopez on this one.

My risk management is also telling me that is too much of a risk for too little of a reward. But there must also be a lot of gamblers out there whose risk tolerance is a lot higher than mine, especially those who are a hundred percent convinced that Kambosos will not stand a chance against Lopez. As for me, I would rather avoid betting on outright winner and try to bet on rounds or even KO.

So definitely we are going to see Lopez at least fight once this year against his mandatory. And this is Lopez's response.
Teofimo Lopez: Great Opportunity To Fight Kambosos In Australia; Gotta Pay Up If They Want The King
He claims himself the king and undisputed but with so many great talents in his division and nearby division I don't think he has legitimate claim to that, he needs to beat all of them to claim the title undisputed and king, he needs to prove himself worthy of the title and the money, he just beat Lomachenko, and this is not enough. I agree, however, he is the top dog of the division and maybe that's why he calls himself the King. Of course, we wanted to see him fight the other fighters in the division, specially Davis and Garcia. But it will take some time though. There is one interview of him saying that he will have like 2 fight in this division and move to 140 lbs.

That would be awesome, probably after this fight, he can start moving and fight great fighters in that division, I believe in Lopez, he is not afraid to take big fights although he was undefeated and if ever we lose, he will still gain the respect of the people. Being undefeated now is not anymore the highlight of one's career as a boxer, big fights makes them popular... look at Thurman, he is not undefeated now but people respected him because he fought a legend and give him a good fight despite he lose in split decision.

I agree that Kambosos is a good fighter and has a good future in the boxing industry, but he is up against a top caliber fighter who just comes out from wins coming from two top fighters in the boxing world, Commey and Loma and he showed class and domination on these two great fighters, but I don't want to rule out an upset Kambosos also has power in both hands. Just Loma though, I think his fight for a title eliminator against Japanese Nakatani is the most difficult fight that Lopez has face in his career, even his father admitted it. He can give Lopez a tougher fight, here's Kambosos recent fight, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UiNgbWlol_oSharp jab, with a decent speed, but I'm not seeing any upset happening, unless he hits Lopez with a perfect shot.

It is always a possibility in any fair match. But I believe that in this particular match, it is far from happening. I'm hoping it won't come.

I'll probably do it, for now, all we can do is just wait for the betting odds. Based on what I noticed, betting odds with handicap normally available a day before the fight.

it says that the tentative date may be during springtime in AU, which falls between sept to nov. so people can already watch this in the arena as more then likely a lot of people already got their covid vaccine shot. that would be good income generating also for their fight, as well as live audience may boost the performance of both fighters. let's wait for their final call on this one, maybe at the end of feb...
It won't happen right away since they do need booster dose and get tested again for the antibodies therefore most probably they would have to still follow the guidelines and wait like everyone else. Ofcourse I do think Lopez might have higher odds of winning but at the same time matches are still unpredictable and right now . With people saying how players are demanding money and such? I do not think that they would straight away keep doing that even during the pandemic since people are all struggling. Who is going to place multiple bets though? I always get scared of doing that . But please don't use 800+ dollars to get 100$ winnings , because we never know how a fair fight might go.

I don't think that it's just a favorable fight for Lopez because George Kambosos has been preparing well for his future fights since he also wants to prove himself. Lopez's records have an edge yet he still has a lot to defeat for him to be called the king. As for some boxing critics, his strategy is still defeatable and it still has a lot of loopholes to polish, so Kambasos should focus on Lopez's movements first.

That is if he can keep up with Lopez, he owns some of the best and awesome knockouts and he can finish any guy with one punch his timing is just great if Kambosos can take his punch then he has a good chance of winning, just take a look on this video and see for yourself how devastating his punch is, and if Kambosos will not careful he will suffer this kind of knock out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBSVZJTZ0Fw

Lopez is an aggressive boxer and he proves it many times, if he able to knock out Kambosos, then it was to say that he can able to fight for more tough guys in his weight level. As I look into the video, not a question that Lopez has a devastating punching power but couldn't deny also that Kambosos will work to counter-attack over him. Lopez must have to keep the strategy, that is the winning tool for him.

When we compare a fighter which are heavily favored compared to the underdog opponent, we don't usually see the weakness, we only talk about how the underdog will beat the favorite because we've seen that the favorite is already a great fighter who beat big name in the sports. In this fight, it's very clear that Lopez is heavily favored, he will continue to do his thing, so we should be more concern of his opponent. If you will see the projected betting odds, you'll see that bookmakers think Kambosos has a very slim chance of winning.

Lopez is -833, you can tell that he is heavily favored to win the fight, and honestly, I don't think it's worth to risk 833 usd to win 100 usd. https://www.proboxingodds.com/fighters/Teofimo-Lopez-1753![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FMrzswKc.png&t=663&c=GFM85kyftqz6rg) I agree. My risk management is also telling me that is too much of a risk for too little of a reward. But there must also be a lot of gamblers out there whose risk tolerance is a lot higher than mine, especially those who are a hundred percent convinced that Kambosos will not stand a chance against Lopez. As for me, I would rather avoid betting on outright winner and try to bet on rounds or even KO.That's what I'm also thinking, that's the only way we can get a good betting odds, given that Lopez would already win this easily, then our job now is just to predict on which round he will KO Kambosos.. must be tough but this is very challenging,.. Maybe I'll go with the 3 rounds ranges, like 1-3, 4-6, 7-9 and so on. A multiple bets on this can be worth it. One unit for KO in favor of Lopez is one bet. In terms of 3-round range, a couple of bets might still be worth it. I would probably go for rounds 4-6 and rounds 7-9 still for Lopez of course. We cannot rule out an upset. It is always a possibility in any fair match. But I believe that in this particular match, it is far from happening. I'm hoping it won't come. Nice idea, if we can get at least x3 of per round ranges, we can always put 2 and if one will hit, we are still in profit. I'll probably do it, for now, all we can do is just wait for the betting odds. Based on what I noticed, betting odds with handicap normally available a day before the fight. Yeah. Even money-line odds are not yet available in popular crypto betting sites. I guess they're still in the process of analyzing the perfect odds for this match. Will just wait for it. Normally also, there is no live betting available in matches like this one in crypto betting sites. So we better be watching out for the release of the odds and be sure to place our bets before the fight.

It's easy for them to analyze the betting odds since odds are based on what people think and people think here that Lopez will win easily. Odds are already out : https://www.oddschecker.com/boxing/teofimo-lopez-v-george-kambosos-jnr/winnerIn the list, only 3 fiat sites have offered this betting odds yet. I checked only one but I'm sure it's also available in the other 2. here's the odds if you want to bet now ; https://www.paddypower.com/boxing/boxing-matches/teofimo-lopez-v-george-kambosos-jnr-30222482

The betting odds for Lopez is 1/8 or 1.25 and for Kambosos it's 5/1 or 5.. I hope my computation is correct. Looking at that kind of odds, I guess 1.25 has a good value though, Lopez win when he was an underdog, he will not likely to lose when he is the favorites. Simple logic... as long as he trained hard, he will not lose in this fight. Line are not yet available in crypto sportsbook though, I just checked in my bookie.
