for long term investment purpose holding bitcoin in a must for me . I am just looking bitcoin price every 4years after halving , and it make me more confidence to hold it . Personally i am passed the last bearish trend that happen in 2017 2018, so current trend doesnt make me worry at all.  But remember, accumulating will be good stratety at this moment, buy on low and sell it when rise will make our coins amount increase.

I agree that what happened in 2017/2018 has provided valuable lessons for all of us, that there is no need to worry about the falling Bitcoin price.
Because our patience will be tested, who is able to be patient with the current conditions, then the person will enjoy the results in the future.
So the best decision is that we have to collect Bitcoin from now on, don't sell Bitcoin if it's not for an urgent need.

Just do not sell it and we're already facing that it's one of the best assets in the entire human kind. From its inception, bitcoin had already given us some great gains through its ATHs, and as well as those times that we have bought it on its dip.
The prices have fallen from the last ATH yet it had left us another good price and many of the holders are still in the profit. If somebody had bought it during the dip which was $29k and then held it for a while, he's already in profit. Just hold it short or long term.

bitcoin will go up at any given time, but we can't be sure it will rise every year. For example, in 2019 there is a decrease from 2017. The best thing in my opinion is that we must know the right time to buy and sell it. if we know to buy when the price is $4k and in 2021 we sell it at $60k, then that's where we can maximize profits. and we can buy again at the current price and wait for the bullrun to come back

That depends I mean what if OP suddenly needs a money for an emergency and the prices are down real bad, would hodling still be the best option? I think that it still depends on what they are going to do and what situation they are in and if OP has extra money to spend on emergency then hodling is the best option.

bullish trend will definitely happen again so hold is the wisest choice right now. I'm sure there are many who sell their Bitcoins when the price hits the lowest price in the last 2 months. if you are not a trader, selling too often is bad behavior, just be a holder in the sideway market.
