Should I sell or hold on my bitcoin?

I think you should hold it because it goes and up its better for you . In the short term it is very volatile and you could easily lose most of the money you put into it. So dont panic and be patience. If you keep longer than a year then you pay less tax when you sell it.

I think if one is going to sell it's prudent to do so when the price is at a peak, not like it is now - at a bottom.

Bitcoin is at $40k+ and we still expect more significant move that will pick the price about $50k+ as time goes on. Although bthe market is not certain now that things are going somehow in the direction we never expected price to pull in. You can choose to sell your bitcoin to purchase other coins that can give quite a lots of profits within a range of time. The market is really showing a positive sign that indicate holding your coins for a while cause is like the bullish trend is about to start.

Yes you should hold until 2023 for longterm.there is possibility as there is a similar fractal showing that. For short term  it could do a small correction and blast through 64k as well...

for long term purpose bitcoin could hold till next halving cycle, maybe at that moment bitcoin price could hit more $200k as many predicted by expert. halving events really give huge impact to market and if we could use it in our trading style to generate profits.

Hi Everyone, I have a dilemma since I am holding an wholesome portion of bitcoin. With all the speculation going on in the market I don't know whether to sell or hold on my bitcoin. I've been wanting for more than a week to see if bitcoin's price improves, but it is only falling more and more.

I've gone through dozens of analysts' blogs, websites, market cap sites, price prediction sites, and all the important bitcoin market sites to find the right answer. But I am still unsure.

So, can anyone please tell me if I should dump my bitcoins with some losses (selling at lesser price than the buying price), or should I hold on to it?

There is also another reason. A promising stock just opened up. So should I sell my bitcoins and but the new stock that I'm interested in?

You dumping bitcoin and buying that stock simply means you're planning on a long term investment, why not just stick with your Bitcoin and hodl till your dreams get filled up. However, you can whatever stock you seem interested in but don't try dumping bitcoin for any!

On the contrary to what mindset of newbies in Cryptocurrency market, thinking bitcoin is a get rich quick asset, I can tell you that bitcoin is a long term investment as well!  I have held bitcoin for more than eight years and my stock market background had helped me to hold! Therefore, to maximize the opportunity bitcoin provides,  you must see bitcoin in the prixm of long term holding!

specially if the price had dipped a significant percentage then you can always get in and go held again for long term.

This is what im doing on where i dont really hesitate when it comes to this because im not really minding about money all the time since there are things which cant be bought by money.

Dont compromise something important if you do know that you do still have money to spent.

Bitcoin is currently undergoing a consolidation phase, the $51K resistance area has been breached. The next price is in the $55k area, so if you say today will go down, I think Bitcoin is trying to go up. Hold Bitcoin is an option but sometimes what I do is multiply bitcoins through trading. If you sell for no reason then you did sold for nothing and that's a bad decision. But if you sold and you have a good reason and you need that profit for something more significant.

You just did the right thing because you can always buy back.

But it had given many people too much losses, because the crypto trading is volatile and in this market everything can happen, So, if you are a top trader and have the ability to hold, then only you can hold.

I believe that bitcoin will continue to rise even though there will be several phases of decline. That's what needs to be used. So I did it with two techniques for bitcoin trading. I divide it into several and allocate it to hold and trade on a daily, or weekly basis and even scalping. The reason I still believe that Bitcoin is going to high again. Apart from that I also keep doubling my Bitcoin amount by trading. I also keep some fiat for Backup purposes or other unexpected funds. But this is my technique, you can adapt to your abilities and the one that suits you best.
