Hello guys, I'm on a low budget right now and looking for Tokens/Crypto that would be really good to invest on. Recently, I was looking for DeFi tokens and kept my eye on Fantom and SushiSwap. But right now, I think I can afford and buy more Fantom once the price got lower.

Do you still have other suggestions or ideas that you think might work on investing DeFi tokens? What are the good DeFi tokens that you think that would be profitable in the next few years?

First of all, i think many 'non defi' projects are adding this 'defi label' lately , to ride the wave ... So be careful

To answer your question : i think it's better to bet on defi's big boys such as Synthetix, Aave or Yfi. I could name a few more...

An interesting solution also to have exposure to defi could be purchasing a defi index. There are several, including a recently released one that caught my attention : this is ''Assy'', created by one Aave's team member.

It is based on the values ​​of 4 assets: Aaave, Synthetix, Sushi and Yfi. Quite interesting for those who want to be exposed to these 4 huge projects by buying a single token.

(Note that 'Assy' is not yet available on uniswap or sushiswap. It can be acquired by providing liquidity, however).

I do not recommend investing in defi coins for the long term because many have said that defi is a bubble that will explode and disappear at any time.

Personally, I think Defi projects is here to stay, though I agree that it is in the curent bubble, I suggest buying them when hype dies down.  Defi is indeed for a long-term hold but of curse that depends on the kind of project we are investing with.  So better to do our research and look for a project that is legit and not just some project that is created by trend and hype.


Sushi and Fantom look decent enough to spend our investment, but regardless, do your own research and don't just rely on someone's suggestion or recommendation.

Sushiswap and UNI are more satisfying to me than some DeFi projects because of their use case, they will stay alive for a very long term, this is something we have to consider when choosing projects, another ones I have interest in is ChainLink, Polkadot and Avalanche, it's always about high quality use cases

I agree, usage of the coin does give a great perspective for investment. I also got LINK and DOT but also ADA and IOST. There might be other interesting coins to invest but it is all about finding them... In any case, investing now in the anticipation of the Alts season should be a good move.

If you are interested in DeFi tokens I recommend buying Chainlink, Uniswap and Aave. Because these three are among the top DeFi's until now,
so it will definitely give you a big profit if you are on HODL from now on. For Fantom and SushiSwap it is not bad if you want to invest in both DeFi,
and it might be profitable too if we HODL. But the market cap is not as big as the three DeFi tokens I have recommended. The final decision is yours

Uniswap and Polkadot can be your best choices for investment because these two coins are very capable of going higher because Uniswap is also well known and has a big name like Uniswap which has become a decentralized financial exchange for the future that will be able to overcome financial polkadot is also very good for the long term because there are so many investors to buy in so it is perfect for investing.

You can choose a DeFi project that already has a good market cap, I think LINK can be an option for investment, this coin has good potential. of course you need to have your own analysis before investing.

DIA can also be the best choice

LINK is a bad option to be used as investment consider it's overvalued now. It's better to stick into the potential coin like uniswap or 1nch exchange site that is not yet popular like uniswap. Once 1inch will be boom and it will be going to the moon like uniswap.
DIA can be a good choice too at this moment consider it's still trading at the bottom price.
People should never invest their money into the over valued project that already pumped so hard.

Fantom is an old coin, but Sushi is a new token that attracts more people to trade. But I do not want to suggest any of those coins because I do not want to know what coin will be profitable in the next year. Maybe you can research to find the coin, and if you only have a low budget, you can select the other coins to invest your money. If you do not have much information about what DeFi tokens, you do not need to force yourself to invest in the DeFi token.

I think you should turn your attention to IDO. Why would you buy coins that have already increased in price, take advantage of the opportunity that many are now using.
Invest in a new project in the IDO format, and shake your Xs. However, be careful and careful, not every project has the potential for implementation. Choose carefully.

How many more of these Initial coin offerings are we going to see now? It started with ICO then went to STO/ITO which was a complete bullshit about making the tokens "securities" then shady stuff. Then came IEO and the craze of the exchange based launchpad which also was a hype train and generated only more signups to a specific exchange and then doing the same thing as noobs did a couple of years back when it was only an ICO.

Now the point that you speak of is very accurate but if 99% of the tokens and DeFi projects are nothing but the same shitstory repeated over and over again, it does not make the thing legit. It is still a money grab, a unregulated asset and prone to pump and dump.

defi tokens are already too high now.

looking at the RSI indicator it looks like they are up to more than 70 for a very long time, it just seesaw up right there waiting to pop. i wouldn't be investing in any defi token if i were you. there is too much growth to them that its almost unbelievable. sushiswap now more than $8 despite its reputation.  its more than just badluck when you invest while the price is on ATH and then take a nosedive right when you get in.

The only DeFi token I really can recommend is UniSwap, because they have a working business model. The other DeFi projects I've read on promise a lot, but it's unlikely that they'll hold up. Hence, many DeFi projects are extremely overpriced. Similar to most ICO projects 2-3 years ago, which hardly anyone speaks of today.

It is unbelievable too see some defi tokens doing so well which no one ever expected few years ago, with growing defi trend and high demand in market i think these will continue to do well. Uni, 1inch, snx, aave are all the top stars.

The DeFi hype continues and is not going to subside. Dozens of new projects are constantly appearing. Unfortunately, most of them may disappear after a while. This is because they don't have enough liquidity and no goals. They were created to raise money from investors and nothing else. Choose your coins very carefully!

Sushiswap and UNI definitely. ChainLink and Avalanche not so much. Recently got into Polkadot and SimianFinance because of the use cases. Judging from their roadmap, SimianFinance is launching a platform where you can only buy services with SiFi tokens. They have a literal use case.

Chainlink and Allianceblock are very obvious considerations I guess. Uniswap for me is clearly pushing in the direction of Binance with its market cap.

If you want to take on more of a risk to get potentially a proper x maybe do some Research on Frontier (never were really building a community but clearly part of the current DEFI ecosystem)
or even more of an outside bet Multiplier which is a fork of Aave at a currently very low market cap.

Uni is currently in the trend is it not? So it makes sense to go towards buying it? You are actually wrong here.

In case you have bought UNI already then you are in a profit if you sell it. If you are buying as asset when it is already up you are being FOMO and not wise. Eventually the price will fall - it is inevitable. Then you might not be able to sell anymore because you will be at a loss.

Remember that nothing in the investments of the world are forever. Ups and downs will happen. As for new projects that have been recently funded this statement is even more important.

You might be able to make some profit by buying UNI and selling it. But the chance of being FOMO is also high, so keep that in mind.
