AutoML - Automated Machine Learning.
Matrix AI is preparing to offer AI services on our network. We created one of the most unique blockchains in the space by allowing a majority of the chain’s processing power to be devoted to AI processing. This will lower costs, increase security, and democratize access to AI.
AI services from Matrix AI and other companies are likely to revolutionize the world as we know. But before science fiction becomes reality, AI needs to become easier to use.
At the moment, most AI needs highly specialized experts to fine tune algorithms. Choosing the right model, parameters, and features among other things requires significant experience.
For some of the most advanced AI, for example specialized aspects of robotics, there may be only a few hundred people in the world capable of developing algorithms.
This is where AutoML comes in. AutoML is a rapidly growing area that aims to automate the work of AI professionals. Google has been one of the pioneers in this field.
For example, AutoML can ingest a set of data such as images and automatically identify features with very little input from humans. AutoML iterates through data to find the best model or transfers learning from other existing models before producing a complete model.
What this means for Matrix AI is that with AutoML, our AI services will be available to a much broader base of clients. Basically any company that wants to transform its business with AI at a lower cost than Google or Amazon will be a potential customer.
