Good suggestion by @SyGambler, at least you are gambling in a legit way, but it comes with fees I guess, I'm just guessing as I have never used this kind of kind of service (betting brokers) before but they do exist so consider it a good option.

That is more tangible solution in the OP's problem if he really wants to play on this specific site.
But if he chooses to use VPN, he needs to ask from the site itself if they are allowing such use as this may just got him into trouble.

I don't know if using a VPN or changing its location in the site settings would work. If Betfair has placed restrictions on your location they have reason to have done so.

Have you tried to contact Betfair support ??! They can probably solve your problem.

Where are you from? I suggest you to check if Flutter Entertainment owns any casino in your country. Flutter is a company that owns Paddy Power and this last one owns BetFair. There are some countries where official Betfair's URL is banned but if there is casino/sportsbook in your location owned by them, then you are lucky and will be able to use almost all of their service on another website that will be owned by them.

If there policy has been revised and your cou try has been banned on them then stop playing at them since if you insist to play there you will might get a problem in future if the management find out that you play in the forbidden country. Using VPN might work temporarily but what I can suggest to you is to look for another casino which doesn't ban your country so that you will not get any huge problem.

This isn't entirely true based on my experience. VPNs are effective sometimes and solve the ban restriction entirely since I have personally used them on several occasions without any issues related to deposits, withdrawals etc.

However, I chat with live support and inform them that I am using a VPN to access their site before proceeding to do so. This guarantees minimal issues in the future.

VPNs do help in many ways, but skipping all these steps and utilising alternate sites is still a better option as I mentioned in my earlier post.

because a lot of people isn't really familiar with what Betfair is. even I didn't know that Betfair is so much different than other bookies/gambling site that you can't compare it with them and that is why I suggested to the OP to just let it go and find another bookies/gambling site. but since SyGambler suggested a good solution it might be better if OP followed what SyGambler suggested if he wanted to keep using Betfair.

To finish the argument of VPN, this wont work, I know that for a fact.
You have to do KYC at Betfair. If your country gets banned and you move a to a new country you have to do KYC again.

I know that because I went through this. I am German national and from 2006-2010 played at betfair from Germany. Then they banned all German residents because of our betting tax bs. So I wasn't able to play anymore.

2016 I moved to Japan and was able to reopen my account but had to prove I am actually living in Japan, so yet another KYC.

Just changing your IP wont do you any good. If they ban the country they ban all the players from that area unless he can prove he moved to a non banned territory.

If you want to play safely and you don't want to compromise any of your money then it is better to stay away from platforms that are banning your country because even if you will use a VPN in order to bypass their restriction but you are still in disadvantage if they will found out that you are a user from a banned countries as they will surely to confiscate or freeze your money in their platform.

If you don't want this to happen to you then it will be better if you will avoid those platforms that are restricting your country to use their services. There are many similar platforms out there that fully welcome you, so it is better if you will use them instead.

It is better to stay away from sites where they banned your country because you can search online and you can find many users complaining about not getting their wins because they claim that the country is on the banned list and even if you bypass they might do a KYC just to find any loopholes. Why going through that kind of trouble, find a site that does not have any issues with you country .

Better to find alternative sites where you can enjoy your betting activities without any hassles at the end, instead of finding ways to bypass rules from Betfair where the risk is too high.

 i wont know that they are big and older than what we commonly know and they are u.s regulated , thats makes them strict  but thats not a reason to not compare them to the betting exchange that we know because betfair dont accept cryptocurrencies and that is their biggest disadvantage .

If they don't allow players from your country, it's best to just find another casino. Because if you manage to deposit and even win something, you can get caught during withdrawal, and then they would be right not to process the withdrawal. Some suggested VPN, but of course it can be noticed by the casino, and they might not be okay with it (be sure to read what their stance on this matter is). Another option is a betting broker (if one offers bets on Betfair), which might even make the whole thing legal, but then you'll need to pay additional fees and play with serious amounts of money.
I really think the easiest and the most appropriate thing to do is to choose something other than Betfair.

I think it really depends what is the reason behind you being unable to use a certain deposit/withdrawal method. Some websites simply restrict using certain payment methods in different countries, so using a VPN won't change anything since your identity is verified in one of those countries.

An example where I think VPN would be allowed is when you go abroad and want to use your usual payment methods but they are not available in that country. Even in this case, the best thing to do is contact their support and ask them if that's allowed.
