When Bitcoin is going cross $40k again?

It's been weeks since there has been fluctuations in Bitcoin and everytime there is a pump we think it's going to break the ATH and cross $40k once again but it hardly reaches till $35k and then drops back. What does it mean? Will we see Bitcoin crossing $40k once again or not? It cannot stable between $25k to $35k and I think it's either going to drop below $30k or pump up and cross $40k in upcoming weeks. What's your though ?

There's nothing impossible that the bitcoin can make, we all know that the fluctuations that are happening in bitcoin are just part of the correction. Every time that I am seeing that the bitcoin is pumping up meaning there is always a chance that it may break again the ATH and across again to the $40,000. If the bitcoin break again the ATH of $40,000 then it is great news for us and also great news for those people who are holding again their bitcoin until now.

We'll see, bitcoin has not reach $40k again, it's price trend now is more on going down below $30k although it's stable a bit. Analysis from experts always makes sense, even your own personal analysis but we have to understand that we are just betting each other, some will long, the other side will short bitcoin and only one wins depending on the situation or market period.

we are now 35k level again. and the good thing here is that even if btc falls below 30k, it goes up again. imo, that's a good signal already. how many times in the past that we have seen even the 30k price level? none, right? only this year that we are enjoying the 30k+ of btc. so not really bad for btc performance. and the $40k price? maybe not far from horizon. but before it hits that price again, make sure that you are ready with your portfolio.

The other day I see Bitcoin price at around $37k and today it is around $35k trying to break $36k.  I also think that the market will trend like this for a little while before breaking through.  I also think shorters are taking advantage of this fluctuation really well, buying at dip and shorting at top.  I agree @Natalim that the other will short and we see that they are performing well, preventing Bitcoin to skyrocket again but I believe it won't be long before they lost a grasp on the market and Bitcoin starts surging again.

Yep, as I have said before in other thread, $35k is the big resistance as it has been rejected many times already and I thought that we are not going to conquer it as we might enter a bearish trend soon. However, bitcoin prove me wrong again, today we have a good spike and I'm not surprised that it will not just surpassed $35k today, it will jump higher and then go for the next resistance at $38k.

So $40k is possible, might be mid by next week. And so the bull run continues from here.

This is a period of accumulation, the price was going up too fast and it was simply unsustainable and it seems traders in general agreed with this sentiment and the market slowed down as a result, just give it time, we need more money coming to the market and for this to happen we need governments to keep printing money and taking bad decisions.

While many are expecting this year to be good for the economy I think only the markets will go up, many jobs were lost and most of those jobs are not coming back as who in his right mind is going to start a business with their savings or ask for a loan when the economy is in such a bad state? And many people are not going to go back to their old habits either as they lost their jobs or they lost a great deal of their savings during the pandemic so consumption will not grow as fast as governments would like it.

It looks like it may get close to 40k for sure in the next couple weeks. The MACD just crossed the EXP. The CCI just went over 100 on a 6 month chart.

It should be able to cross through 40k as well but there should be very strong resistance around 40k. If it does go through it, it will fire up into 44k range as we saw it do last time.

Its looking good now given its getting double tapped by retail and institutional investors.

if according to my prediction bitcoin fall first level $ 26k and then go to the level of $ 40k .. Yes probably will require a long time. we enjoy a process while trade short-term and seeking advantage among correction bitcoin. I have benefit much because take advantage of correction bitcoin, buy below and sell while profit.

And when this your prediction will happen? Yet when your doing some buy and sell just to make small profit it is good but those taxes will eat you because of big taxes every transaction you will be made, Since bitcoin is stable at the moment and haven't seen that much active in pumping and those investors as well are waiting for something to happen like a bullrun. it is advantage to have a stock of bitcoin while just waiting for the price to increase but it will gives you more benefits when you will choose also other coins than choosing bitcoin only.

I think the new ATH will be achieved within a few days is almost certain. I wonder how high the price can go .. It is true that the market is very bullish, but I think it is not yet the moment for the new ATH to be set at the level of $50k. I think we'll stay at around $45k for the next 2-3 weeks.

I do agree that bitcoin becoming a bit more "stable" was something we all expected but the reality is that we didn't become stable, we became stagnant and that is a bit of a problem. If bitcoin price was stable it would have been stable but right now price is trying to be volatile again and not be stable yet it fails.

When price doesn't want to move that is called stable but when the price wants to move but fails to move that is not stable that is stagnancy and that is not a good thing. I hope that price does go to a level (up or down) where it is comfortable and stable but right now it is not like that at the moment. Eventually we are going to end up seeing a stable price but that price is not here, it is going to be either higher or lower.

Anytime soon, market is doing great, this week we have a 23.7% pump we have another one like this next week, we'll have it again, I don't believe Bitcoin all time high will be fix in the $40 k we are on a first month of the year and things are doing great, $40 k is very much attainable, it will take another pandemic to crash the market.

Anytime soon, market is doing great, this week we have a 23.7% pump we have another one like this next week, we'll have it again, I don't believe Bitcoin all time high will be fix in the $40 k we are on a first month of the year and things are doing great, $40 k is very much attainable, it will take another pandemic to crash the market.

I disagree a second new really bad strain of the covid causing say 20,000,000 dead in 6 or 7 months would not crash BTC.
World Wide Governments would have to put a lot people on unemployment.  Money would be printed 2x or 3x what happened in 2020 the dollar the euro regular cash would inflate and BTC would shoot up and over 100k really fast.

Not that I want that to happen. But pretty sure it is what would happen.

I will take BTC slowly moving upwards I think it get to a new all time high in under 8 days.

lest say 47k slowly drops back to 37-38 k from feb 12 to feb 28 then shoots back over 50k in march.

It is indeed been stable for Bitcoin in the last couple of weeks that is why it's been hard for us to tell whether Bitcoin is really going up breaking another ATH or it will drop below $30k because of a back and forth movement. But now it somehow clear, there is a lot of good news coming lately and this could be a hint that Bitcoin will continue once again. There's a lot of goods speculations are going right now if this continues it will make the trend for Bitcoin to rise up again. I believed that the rally is not yet over. We were currently having a price of $37k right now, a couple more steps, and were are about to set a new ATH once again.

Bitcoin will cross $40k, no doubt about that. But I am afraid that will not happen too soon as we see the bitcoin moves after reach the highest price, the price is not moving back to the higher price but stay at a lower price. We still have time to see the price will increase, and I think that can happen this year or next month. We can not say that the price will go in that two directions in the upcoming weeks because we do not know what will happen later. We hope that our dream will come true to see the bitcoin price will be back to more than $40k.
