I am also noticed about that, Elon musk tweeted again and again about dogecoin. And we can see the effect of his tweet on cryptocurrency market. Dogecoin market pumped much after his tweet.

I heard Elon Musk's name for quite a while now even in Facebook. Did he invest something to DOGE?
From what I am hearing, he seems to promote Dogecoin from his Twitter and it is kinda being trending among my friends right now.
From the looks of it, it seems like just another celebrity or rich dude promoting a random coin. Not sure why didn't he go for Bitcoin though.
But I'll take it.

To me the crypto market is all about manipulation, you hear word like "WHALES" all the time in crypto space and I kinda believe Elon probably has bought some bad of Dogecoin and wanted to trigger that price move upward to dump out or that was just a test to see how the market would react to him twitting about crypto because if you remember, he has also displayed Bitcoin in his Twitter Bio some months back and today 8 Feb 2021, Tesla announced investing $1.5Billion on Bitcoin resulting to Bitcoin price movement again up to $44K+.

So again my guess is, Elon using the Doge news to test how the market would react to his tweet but Bitcoin was actually his aim.

His name is big enough to manipulate any markets and he seems to be testing the crypto community and his followers who are in crypto, whether they are loyal to him or not and will they dive their money into anything he suggests, or not? He has been cleverly playing with the sentiments of investors while also investing in these coins now to boom the crypto industry. While all that he is doing for crypto is good, it is looking worst for an Average Joe investor who will think twice before entering in these pumps as it may give an experience that he may not even think of.

Yes, because Elon certainly really wants to take advantage of crypto. maybe after he tried it with doge, and the results were pretty good. then he will try the same thing with bitcoin. and finally today Tesla invested $1.5b in bitcoin. It is concrete unethical to buy the altcoins and tweet about their potential, direct speculative subjects should be prohibited on crypto social media. The speculative tweets are the reasons why many traders Rekt so fast, I have no idea why Elon does this if there is no interest by him. The Elon speculator just shills the coins which he has bought before the tweet. The new naive investors will be the next victim if the total market goes down. I don't think the market will go higher than this rate, so it is not interesting to buy new shitcoins.

This is only my personal opinion, but I think that Elon Musk love the semplicity of Dogecoin. The project is frozen and there are no improvment from years but it's probably one of the easiest cryptocurrencies and a way for arrive to the mass adoption

it is an attempt to get people to buy a doge while he tweets and also invest in it with the aim of increasing the price. when the chart starts to go up and a lot of people start buying, he will sell it when he gets enough profit and the person who bought in the middle of the trend and hasn't sold yet, will lose.

it doesn't hurt to support such a strategy, the important thing is that the market is pumped up and can get a profit. but still be wise in dealing with current crypto trends, because the scam is bigger, different from crypto in previous years.

Of course he found out that he can increase the price of a dogecoin if he tweeted, so the second time I'm sure he already invested in Doge and tweeting it again to make profit easily. I don't think Elon Musk was just tweeting about doge with no reason for sure he invested it.
