If no should i buy now or wait more to get lower price ?

I think the possibility of bitcoin dropping at the 20k mark is unlikely to happen but you should not wait for that kind of opportunity and start buying at a lower price now. One reason why the price of BTC is massively high is due to the support of big investors from large-scale institutions. Buy now so that you won't regret it later when BTC reaches its new ATH and just buy again if the price drops massively.

almost two months are going to past and no signs of bitcoin going for more dumps . im afraid for you that your not going to see that 6k , 15k and 20k your assuming but the latest atl that your going to witness is 58k . you should buy now because if not , the atl will increase soon . you dont need to have an exact amount of 58k to buy btc but any amount will do and dont forget that altcoins are your friend if your intimidated in the huge price of btc .

Any spare amount that you can invest will work indeed.

You don't need to wait or be afraid if the value fall after you place your position, always aim for the best outcome to maximize

In my opinion, bitcoin was volatile hence the price changes over time or demand and supply also a factor so every time is an opportunity to buy, however, if you saw an opportunity to buy at a cheaper price then go for it. Regarding if Bitcoin will go back at 20k again, honestly no one exactly knows perhaps it could if big investors dump all of their holdings and make a profit. You could purchase now though but you gotta hold it for the meantime until we break the resistance because BItcoin will definitely surge up. Anyway, do your own research first if you find it good to enter then go for it, it's your call after all.

Just do DCA. The golden opportunity is today, every day. Bitcoin hasn't reached the top. If you keep buying small amounts and HODL until next cycle or even the cycle after you are going to make a lot of money. The same thing with me, I wasn't able to buy bitcoin when its price is too low for about $3900 and even $10000 because of financial problem, that time I really want to buy bitcoin but because of the pandemic I lost my job and I don't have the savings that time so I am disappointed to myself because I wasted the opportunity to buy bitcoin.

As of now, I think maybe we need to wait for some time for bitcoin to goes down for a little bit becase it will make you it more risker when we buy bitcoin this time eapecially for those who don't have a good source of income, but for those who won't get a problem when things go bad then it is up to you if you are going to buy or not, bitcoin would still be good to invest for a long term.

My advice, follow your own opinion and see market conditions before buying. Basically, the price will fall when it has peaked. If you can, buy Bitcoin according to market conditions. Buy when it's cheap and sell when it's expensive, do it over and over again for a profit. Judging from the journey, Bitcoin continues to rise in price.

Buddy, the price of any asset is cyclical. Here everyone understands that there is a time of ups and downs. Personally, I buy a small amount every week at the current price, but my main buy orders are in the $ 18,000-20,000 region. I have no doubt that over time, the price will either gradually or for a short time fall. It was really unfortunate that some people weren't able to buy while bitcoin is currently at its lowest after the 2017 sudden pump. Many lost hope and never imagined bitcoin would reach the kind of value that we have right now. In terms of seeing bitcoin getting lower than $20k again, there is a very little chance of this happening. Maybe bitcoin may go down to atleast $30k or $40k but seeing it going lower seems impossible. Bitcoin has already became stable so far and even if it will face another dump, it will still be able to neutralize and stabilize its value where it wouldn't go too far from its current all time high.

However, the sad thing is that when that happens only a few will be willing to take the risk of buying it. Most people will think Bitcoin is nearing its death whenever a crash happens and would rather stay out. We saw that in 2018—2019, and will certainly see that again in the next bear run. Nevertheless, OP you don't need to wait for that dump. Just a gradual buy up will enable you pile up. Buy at every little correction the market has.

It difficult to wait that the price of bitcoin will go down to $6k again. If you can see the market of bitcoin it seems that bitcoin will increase more soon and not going down. So, buying bitcoin is up to your capability of holding. If you buy now and hold for long term, I think it is still good. I think it is difficult now for Bitcoin to drop to 20k during this year after Bitcoin continued to rise to + 50k We might find that after two years, Bitcoin has gone through many corrections until it reached this price, Its price is now somewhat stable, But you have to be patient and you will find the golden opportunity that enables you to buy it at a low price. Its value increase day by day among all the people whom are knows about Crypto. I think you can wait till the price get down little bit. Then buy bitcoin and hold them.

Like it's been said by many that  no time Is being too late to Invest in bitcoin, the target has been 100k usd and with the massive pump of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies bitcoin will surely smash $100k, but it's certain that those with little capital won't gain much profit investing in bitcoin at this time because bitcoin is already high in prices so it's better to go for coin with lesser value which can easily do 10× from its current price value.
