It's tough when seeing that the market is moving against us, but it's leading the way if you are aiming for a long-term investment, like what you have said it seems that bear are dominating for now,

I think is also good, if one buys now. Because the price is around $32k, and nobody knows when the price might rises. However, I don't think Bitcoin price will fall below $30k anytime sooner. Predictions have been made that Bitcoin will hit $100k before the end of the year.

I'm not removing that possibility that bitcoin can still plummet below $30k but if it starts to recover, that's a better scene that we're going to see than to expect that it will go down that price range.

There is no such thing as a golden opportunity to buy: the right time was 10 yrs ago and yesterday as well. It all depends on your time preference and if you have a low time preference you will never find a golden opportunity window.
Set a strategy, buy small but incrementally (if you want to risk a bit try with the interest compounding) and live with it.
