Like many bitcoiners im one of the people who didnt bought bitcoin at 6000$ or even 15k or 20k$ and i wonder if its possible to see bitcoin in at least 20k again
If no should i buy now or wait more to get lower price ?

I believe you should wait for the price of bitcoin to come down. If you wait, you will certainly get the opportunity to buy. Bitcoin correction is inevitable.
Now the question is how much it can come down. It is highly likely that 20% correction can happen anytime, so you have to wait for that situation to come. As we all know that bitcoin is a very volatile currency. It can come down sharply and can go up quickly too. So the opportunity to buy will definitely come if we have patience.

I think bitcoin price is very perfect at this time . its price will pump in few days as Tesla bought very big amount of Btc. Now its seems not that bitcoin price will back to 20k or 30k. Now price will pump to 70 k at least and then there will be huge pump we will see.

Waiting for $20k price crash from a bull market? No way btc price too far enough now its only possible to go down just -30% but not -50% this will change the whole market sentiment into bearish one Im confident btc price will continue the upward pattern this year unless a serious FUD will flood the whole crypto community.

It is not easy to go dip as low as $20,000 maybe it will took half a year before the dip or will need many fud before we reach that buttom again. We just need to take the right time in our current price now if we cannot enter bitcoin now maybe we can consider other alt pins, we can buy some of them and wait for ath in that case we can still have additional bitcoin soon, altcoins are good investment as well and good to trade not only bitcoin.

As tesla dives into bitcoin and invests billions of $$, bitcoin will never go back below $43k IMO, expect bitcoin will reach another ATH for another time this year or so as other companies will follow (probably).

It will not if we look at technicals. In all previous bull markets bitcoin finally went down to about 2-3 times its old ATH when it finally bottomed. So if it goes according to plan, like all the last bull markets we'll go to about 100 thousand dollars or even higher and then crash down to maybe 60 thousand at once and then slowly bleed down to 40, maybe 35.

Of course it doesn't have to follow the old path. Many people say that this bull market will be the longest in history and will continue for another 2 years.

I think that the price of bitcoin will not drop to the minimum as in the past.
As more institutions join bitcoin that possibility is unlikely. The time to invest may be now there is a positivism in bitcoin which means that while there is more interest, the bitcoin strengthens.

So many people including "I" missed that golden window to buy bitcoin at a very cheap price last year when it dipped, alot of people had doubts that bitcoin will survive the dip, but it actually did and it has pumped about x10+ from that $4k level, for now it seems quite impossible to ever see Bitcoin even at $20k, it's been over a months plus now since it broke the ATH and it hasn't dipped below that price, also with more financial institutions and whales buying bitcoin we might not get to buy bitcoin at $20k again, who knows the future is unpredictable we could still see Bitcoin at $20k, but the real question is will you buy if bitcoin dumps to $20k from the current price?

I am not going to advice anyone to invest when the market rallied a lot and the news of investment by Tesla and you cannot expect the market to rally all the time. If the price goes down $20k then we might see a major correction and if that happens it is better to wait for the market to settle down rather than investing during a crash like that.

Back down to 20k will be losing more than 50% of its current price, nothing is impossible in crypto space but I would say the chances are very slim, not the way more rich players are getting ready to jump into btc with a huge sum, if it dip down to 30k you better jump in, there is also the possibility this won't happen then you will watch helplessly as btc double in price.

If you do still have those kind of feels when bitcoins is still on 6k 15k or 20k then you would definitely be ending up on regretting when we do saw bitcoins price cling up 50k or more neither
on this year or on next.

but well nothing is assured because correction is really just lurking in the side waiting up for some market flip up.So if you can risk up on investing on the current price then its your choice.
No one will really be having the rights to stop you since its your money.

This market is unpredictable. Bitcoin can go 20,000$ again or not, but the most important thing in my opinion is that bitcoin's potential is always very positive on long run, what means even if you buy right now for 47,000$ you will be still in advantage as the price is constantly increasing. So if you want to guarantee your participation in btc holdings better to buy now than waiting too long and risk to see the price only increasing more and more.
Remember people who bought bitcoin in 2017 for 18,000$ have been complaining for the last 3 years about the market, but now they feel good and proud of holding their bitcoins during all this time.

What if price reaches $200k? 20k will not be available as a bottom then. It will probably be $40,000. This is one of the reasons I am not buying Bitcoin at today's price. After the price reaches the top, it is usually followed by an 80% correction and two years of bear market. This is how things go.

It seems you are right, if the target or if you believe that bitcoin may go high as $100,000  then you will get a 2x in the future if you buy now, maybe yes as what I read from the other if you want to buy now wait for a little dip and it will be the good entry, these two are good choices but you are the one who will make the decision if I were you I will buy now and hodl it until it reaches $100,000, institutions all over the world is now accepting and adapting it.
