You are right, whales still do what they do best, they manipulate the price and here we are riding on it.

That's why it's important to understand and accept that anytime there will be a sudden price dump or pump, we just need to make sure we make the right decision and we always at the right side. As an investor, we can always benefit on any price movement, that if we will use our initiative and believe that the market will never crash.

Indeed, we cant certainly predict the next movement of bitcoin and its not wise to go with the flow by buying even at peak price. We must have plan on when to engage ourselves, we need to be more careful and set aside our emotions.

I already set my mind to only buy during price decline thus no matter how high the price consistently be its not a reason for me to break what I used to do when it comes to buying bitcoin or altcoins.

Well what i bought is XRP yesterday and Lucky to sell off just hour ago gaining 100%+

but Bitcoin ? no have no plan at all for now.

Maybe sooner since i still hold some good amount inside my wallet and some is on exchange that i am waiting to convert .

I have long read the best investment tactic is to never buy when the price is climbing.

It first crossed 20, then 22, then 27, then 30, then 32!! Then now it's nearly around 35 and I wanted to take a little risk.

If you Have made act on that risky movement ? then you may have profit more than 20% ? because after that 35,000 Bitcoin price Pumped Up to the Highest 42,000$ and above and almost break the 43k also.

Actually it was our decision that makes matter , either buying in falling prices of in growing ? the thing is our capacity and our trust in the currency we will be Investing  so if we can afford waiting and holding ? the chance of profit is 100% for sure but of course this will take time .

Stock To Flow model, and this values Bitcoin at around $100,000 towards the
end of the year so this addresses the questions of the OP

If we look at the STF chart it is easy to see 2 things, how Bitcoin swings wildly
up or down through the light blue line all the time following its trajectory.

Its above a weekly average and while it remains so its a viable trade as trending positively.   With a stop loss, its reasonable to trade this, the target downside isnt that much lower then here despite subdued sentiment its reasonable to expect rises medium term can lead to speculative gains here.



So presuming we've broken something of a pullback or downside since peaking earlier in this year, it can rise a little better more consistently then that Musk high we saw last week.
  So thats downside area of about 31k vs a target potential of about 37k which on daily bars is more obviously a range area to top off trades at.  Those with more extreme caution or just more of a swing trade would be to work off the 50 day average, again near to 31k

Another point of view is that it is said to best buy when it is going down, not do not buy when it is going up, those are very different two things. You should buy when it is going down, you could buy when it is going up as well but that is "could" and "should" difference, you "should" do one but you "could" do the other.

I would say if you bought bitcoin when it was going down in march, you would have made a ton of profit, I mean literally 10x increase in your investment, if you bought after 20k? You would have made 2x. That means you would be doing a risky investment and in one of them you make 10x whereas in the other you make 2x return. Obviously both of them are profitable and you definitely would want to profit like that, who says no to a 2x increase but when there is the 10x option that is obviously a much better option than the latter one.

You are lucky to be able to earn from a surprising increase from XRP, you should always prepare yourself because opportunities sometimes pass quickly but you including the lucky ones because you did.

Indeed, for bitcoin, because the price is too high, it requires a large amount of funds, it is better to buy potential altcoins that are currently popping up because it is estimated that many altcoins will reach ATH, as has been experienced by ethereum yesterday.

of course you have to prepare a lot of funds if you buy bitcoin today, because in 2 consecutive days bitcoin creates ATH. and now it is in the position of $ 51K + and the possibility will increase of course it could happen again any time.
