I contact support and had to ask myself for the list of IP addresses that connected to my account. In the same hour, 6 other IP connected to my account, I search the IP adresses and it was from 6 different countries.

Maybe the casino should take responsibility to protect their users? I have an account on Stakes, with no 2FA and we have all of the IP log and none of those IPs are showing I even ask their support.
I was playing at both sites at the same time. I also check the IP connection from other casinos that were open like stakes and getslots. (Which had funds in it) and only 1 IP shows up which is mine.

Are you using VPN or something that can change your IP address. And did Betplay take any precautions to prevent this from happening again with other users, such as disallowing accessing the same account from different countries at the same time.
