A coin dumping immediately after listing isn't necessarily a bad sign, some coins can remain undervalued for a long period of time before eventually reaching for higher prices in the charts. What is important is that the project team keep working on their product even if the price dumps in the chart
There is often a decline at the beginning of the listing, this is normal, let's just say that the initial investor is taking profit. if the project is really good, useful, and potential in the future, I think the price will be able to recover soon. investors and traders will undoubtedly take advantage of the decline for accumulation. remember that the economic principle always applies, if the demand is more than the supply, the price will increase.

It depends on the coins and the quality of the project. I bought TKO (Tokocrypto Token) on Binance Launchpad, instead the price jump very high after listing. But only a few tokens can survive and improve their prices well after listing. Most of the coins are like your story, the prices gradually drop after listing because many of the holders take profits very soon.

stories like this are commonplace.. but not all projects will have the same fate as your story. it all depends on the quality of the coin and its usefulness.

there are some new coins that are not able to maintain their price but there are also some coins that are able to survive even the price is higher from day to day. so the point is we only need to find a project with good quality.

Coins from ICO / IEO are indeed dumped very often when they are just listing on the exchange, because when their presale sale, it must give a large purchase bonus, so when the coin is listed on the exchange, those who bought at the beginning will immediately sell it, they don't care if the price they sell is low, the important thing is that they are already got profit

I see everyone complaining and making use of AME token as an example. Well to me I'll say you don't blame to coin for your mistake. Just because a coin dumps after new listing doesn't mean you should take every other coin like that. After soveryn was listed the price increased and is still higher than it listing price.
Now many people dumped that coin but later regret and the once who hold made a fortune from it. Before you dump a coin go through the back up, go through AMA,ask questions, make your own research because that coin you dump today might actually be your key to a thousand dollars. Dump with caution

Yes, I think this is quite normal considering that surely early investors want faster profits. But yes, we have to look at the fundamentals of the project's product, if a project remains undervalued after listing, or releasing their product, I think that's quite strange.

I'm not sure that will always be the case with new coins listed on exchanges, if we look at the IEO running on the top 1 exchanges, the price of the coins listed there will go up to x5 from the initial selling price.
A good team and good exchange partners will always give us many surprises that we can't imagine, then the coin price will be pumped up by the traders and we will see the coin price go up due to the latest information about the product and the new road map to come.

something that is normal for a new token will not be maximal if it has been released and it is definitely below the ico price ,, in my opinion ,, the token will be held first, until it is close to or will even be more than the ico price, because indeed everyone who has these tokens will start to panic forwho can't wait to hold back..

Friends i want to ask about a think that i realy cant explain...there is a token called AME that had an ieo price of 0.02...the token get listed on bithumb globale and the price down to 0.006 (bounty hunters and airdrops)...after the sell off end the price go up and stay a long time between 0.01 and 0.013...the team annaunced a new listing at mxc exchange and everyone expect a big incrass(the token had just 2.5 mln$ marketcap at 0.01) but what really happened is that the price decrass to 0.005 within one week and this make me confused...now the price is 0.08 and i start believing that what happened in mxc in the first days wasnt innocent

Who have an idea about the situation?

Smiles!

currently they are being listed about 3 to 5 exchangers and the price is drawing very low after promised to be listed on binance
take a look at the current price and exchanges. though believing too well after listing on binance, there will be a change and price increase in near future.
In most of the cases they all want's all bounty hunters to sell of their rewards before they could more credible things in the project. nowadays hunters has learnt to hold most of the valuable token gotten from participating campaign.

There's a price manipulation right after the bounty hunters dump the price due to selling of the token right after they received the payment of the bounty campaign. As what you mention the price change many times within a 1 week time frame. The question is, who are the responsible of the price manipulation which we don't know who. For new token, many of it have decent price but once it is listed the price decreased drastically.

This is a common thing with each project since in the old days. People always blamed bounty hunters and airdrop participants with this thing, but not all the time they are the one to be blamed, remember that only a small percentage is being allocated on bounty and airdrop programs. There are also ICO/IEO investors who do this thing.

Bounty hunters have the least impact on the post-listing token situation. It all depends on the project, on its viability and relevance. The project team should not stand aside from the market situation. The money they raised should work.

The real why any altcoins dump immediately after listing is because some people that got the coins cheap are cashing out. These people could be the ICO investors with large bonus, the bounty hunters and the project team themselves. In this case, I think it is the project team that pulled this one. They dumped on the investors.

There are a lot of reasons why a coin dumps after listing and it is not always because of distribution yo bounty hunters
Bounty tokens often only make up for 1-3% on average of the total project allocation and there are also a lot of other factors in play, like the exchange of listing, promotion, pre listing progress of the project etc.

I agree the bulk of the supply comes from investors and the team, some investors are dumping their coins when they saw that they are making a profit, they are making immediate return of investment and profit because of the bonus from being an early investors, some developers are giving 50% bonus from their pre sale

This happens a lot to projects with aggressive bounty campaigns and high rewards for hunters in the token concerned. AMEpay token AME dumped as expected but the team was great in reviving the price and even raised it to 8x before it eventually comes down to 2½x that it is now. That a token dumps at listing doesn't mean its end. REFI is another token that just got listed on HOTBIT and it falls in price a little bit. But we believe it is still going to make the holders rich with time.

Dump right after listing has happened very often, because most ico sales get a big bonus at the start, so the investor who bought the earliest, when the coin is listed, he will immediately sell the coin, and he is not eyeing high prices, the most important thing is he already make a profit. besides that dumps also often occur when bounties are distributed, because most bounty hunters will immediately sell them

We don't even know often times whether there were investors during the early phase or whether it is the team that just claims there were early investors but in the end it is themselves who dump all the tokens that they didn't pay anything for. That is the problem with the so called early phase investors. Nobody knows if there were any.

There will always a possibility of a dump whenever a token is listed on a new exchange.

It shows that the initial investors expect the price to go high and take their unrealized profit.

Also, before you're going to invest, please do your own research. Your capital, your responsibility.

Sell it after the bounty hunters done dumping their allocation, its normal to experience sudden dump after the distribution of the reward. If you believe in the project you can hold it for months, there’s a good chance that it may rise specially now that we are in bull season.
Now the bear season has arrived and it is still not over, although personally I still hope for the bull season, but the fact is that now we are in bear season, where everyone has to hold their assets so as not to suffer big losses.

I disagree with your statement, we are still not in bear season! We are still in bull season,
this incident is the same as in 2017, BTC experienced a 50% dump when there was FUD from China then flew to $ 20k,
and after it's a dump until 2020, and now history might repeat itself, bitcoin will fly to $ 100k then after that the bears will probably come
