What made you prefer Hitbtc over Binance?

Where have you heard that? The two exchanges are incomparable. Hitbtc is known to be a scam exchange and you shouldn't use it. Just stick to Binance.

I prefer Binance than hitbtc, there were a lot of bad experiences and scam accusations against hitbtc. I don't know where you got the idea why people prefer hitbtc than binance.

More number of people have shared weird experience with Hitbtc. Till date haven't encountered any issue with Hitbtc, but it is quite evident to see lot of scam accusations against Hitbtc. Also we can see lot of fake volumes and bots on certain cryptocurrencies trading. Earlier I used to make use of Hitbtc for its listing of large number of tokens that aren't available with Binance. Now I've moved to Binance and for certain tokens even now Hitbtc is preferred.

Just stick on Binance, you're on the right path.

HitBTC is selectively scamming their users and I saw different stories if you visited this board and find their ANN thread you will never see good feedback there against to HitBTC exchange.  It's always stuck and loss withdrawal or locking accounts for no reason.

There are more advantages on Binanance while HitBTC is full of disadvantages which it should be avoided with all cost.

I have an account on both of these exchange platforms, but when HitBTC imposed their KYC verification (IIRC year 2019) I stop using them since as much as I can I will avoid KYC for a good reason.

Where binance where, where Hitbtc. People are knowing Hitbtc  nowadays as Shitbtc due to there shady and scamming behaviour. And on the other hand binance is  now a number one crypto exchange in the world without any doubt. So don’t compare Hitbtc with binance as the same format.

There is no such thing as HitBTC was preferred by the community here over Binance "by the majority". I don't have any bad experience using HitBTC way back years ago but with the growing complaints of most users on this trading platform, it's enough not to continue using the platform and withdraw all my funds there.

Why on earth would any one rate hitbtc over binance lol, its a joke mate; ensure not to be deceived. Binance remains a top exchange

Maybe, he is hearing some promos or rewards from shillers. But there's no way I will trust my coins to hitbtc. With several allegations thrown to this exchange, why would someone trust this exchange? Binance is very far from this exchange. Their reputation is so much better and your coins are pretty much secure in BNB.

Im actually able to say the same thing but since you had mentioned it out then it is indeed just tip of the iceberg and there are still lots of issues known and still unresolved
on that exchange Hitbtc. I dont know on how he considered on making up such comparison between the two in talking with Binance which is clear as day on which one is
really better and compared also into known issues which Binance does have less or have some smooth experience most of the time, although there are some issues but
not really as severe on what you can see with BTC.It is just right to say that if you dont like to experience headaches or saving your ass over problems
then better stick with Binance.

Where did you hear that false information? Hitbtc isn't in the same tier as Binance.

Even without scam accusations or anything negative reviews to Hitbtc, Binance is more user-friendly. There is no top-tier exchange at the moment wherein you can withdraw at least 2BTC per day. Binance Chain also becomes a good alternative due to high fees on other blockchain networks. Investors also can also use Binance's own coin, BNB for staking to new projects. And there are many more that I don't think I should post. You know this already as you are a Binance user.

Binance has bigger exchange volume, more trading pairs, more promotions, and more airdrop events for their customers and community.

Binance has a very active CEO, CZ, who is very actively responsive on Twitter with updates for products, technical problems and some opinion tweets on the market conditions. Recently, they created and built up their Binance Smart Chain that is another tool to secure their position in crypto market. It even can help them to make their position becomes bigger.

You've heard about hitbtc then most probably youve also heard about their "not-so-good" services. Reading previous complaints about slow withdrawal transactions about them.

Stick with the crypto exchange that has a good reputation like that of Binance. It also offers many good services unlike with the other platforms. You cant just go on and trust shady structures with bad reputation like hitbtc.

I am leaving Hitbtc a long time ago, although I still have some small balance on that exchange because I prefer to trade on Binance. With so many coins at Binance, you can select any coins that can profitable for you, and you don't have to verify your account to trade and withdraw your profit. It seems Hitbtc is not making an update, but I don't know because I don't use HitBtc anymore.

If you just hearing about Hitbtc then better you read every reply from members here, what they said are enough to describe how hitbtc is and it would be better for you to completely avoid trade on that exchange, trading on Binance is the right choice.

From wherever you hear about HitBtc either they are paid groups who want to promote the exchanges or just new traders. I have heard several instances where they scammed the user behind their KYC trap.

They are selective scammers and since you are already using an exchange as reputed as Binance, you shouldn't change it at all. I have used them in past and didn't got scammed (hitbtc) but from what I am hearing now, certainly they have started scamming some users.

No offense to the OP but it's really a dumb question to ask. Hitbtc is nowhere near to compare Binance. Even a basic comparison of their volume will show you how dumb it is to compare them.
Hitbtc's volume is just 2.5+ Billion Dollars where as Binance's volume is more than 63.5 Billion Dollars. The Binance coin or BNB's total volume is more than 6 Billion dollars now. So there is no way anyone can prefer Hitbtc over Binance.
