Well yeah..  the Len Sassaman tribute and the Good Wife addition are awesome.. 
pity about Luke-Jr's superstitious vomit in the middle, but in a way even that is a testament(no pun intended) to the freedom granted by decentralization.

-In a world where you have a moderate stack of cash to plunk down, you can get a whole law firm's undivided attention and a one-day trial in a well decorated courtroom with a jovial judge and no jury when charged with a crime by the federal government.

This show had the same problem that most any other movie or TV show has.  It presents a universe where space and time bend to the whims of the story.

Really, the guy hires a lawyer, get 2 working full time, goes to trial, gets arrested, has a bail hearing, goes to trial again, gets acquitted, goes to the bank and spends 20 minutes getting a cashiers check, and returns to the law office all in 72 hour period.  72 hours because the lawyers kid sees his girl friend three times.

Meanwhile the clever lawyer changes from one sexy outfit to another dozens of times, perhaps indicating the passage of time but more correlated with the change of scene.  She meets twice with another sexy investigator to conduct business in a bar, never really consuming a drink or paying for one.

One thing I really liked about Star Trek was it's vision of a future in which women didn't age, had great bodies, perfect makeup and whore skin tight outfits with short skirts.  This lawyer world shares that same vision.

In the original Star Trek women caused most of the problems yet in the end did what they were told, all the while providing an interesting romantic relationship to the main guy.  I could see a little of that in this lawyer world.

I just saw the show.
I dont remember who it was, who promised to drink one shot of rum (was it?) for every time the word bitcoin was used. Do we have the address of the hospital he is in to send him flowers .

As a bitcoin "commercial", I guess it was much better than I had hoped for. At the same time, I dont think it will do much. I dont think Id get the urge to google bitcoin after seeing it. If you had never heard of it, youd probably still think it was purely fictional. The only way for this to have an impact, is when its combined with some actual bitcoin news, so people understand it really exists. Then people may remember the term from the show and look in to it, but if you only heard of it by watching this show, slim chance I think.

Well, a lot of people did. Apparently search word "bit coin" spiked to 6th in the hot trends list. Currently it's not in the top 20 anymore but it was there for a good while.

The following review of the show will contain SPOILERS.

Personally I was REALLY FUCKING IMPRESSED by the show. Well, the episode itself was quite boring and I think a lot of regular viewers didn't like the episode too much, but simply the fact that the word "bitcoin" was said so many times makes it awesome.

And I don't think that there is any doubt that Bitcoin is a real thing. It could've been a bit shady if not for the ending where the *main character of the show stated that she actually bought a bitcoin online* !!!. That and the comment Biggs' character made afterwards. It's highly unlikely that after that viewers thought that it's all just made up.

Of course there were a lot of issues with the technicalities but that's entirely irrelevant. The beginning was awesome where the main character's kid and his girlfriend basically explained the thing to the main character and then the ending was gold as well. Also the actual mystery of "who is Mr. Bitcoin" was solved in an interesting way, it's possible that the show is close to the truth regarding the real life Mr. Bitcoin.
