I missed this one but I won't miss the one from tomorrow which I think it will be Arsenal - Fulham and we all hope for Arsenal to win. I must say that Chelsea style game looks scary right now and City felt that  as even if they rest some players, the ones who played really fought to win. Now, I wonder what will happen with Real if they will face the Chelsea style from today...it could be a short 1-0 for Chelsea for sure.

So far the biggest hit was 19, right ? and the closest one was the one with koeman being booked . Could we see a blackjack soon ? Statistically , we are heading in that direction in a way or another.

We've had two games that ended at 20: CF Fuenlabrada v RCD Mallorca and Real Madrid v Barcelona

Strangely enough, both of them had 21 points if you include cards given to managers/players on the bench. It's already a pretty rare occasion for cards to be given to non-players so it's pretty crazy that it happened both times we almost hit a blackjack

^Ah this came out just as I was hitting an update. Perfect game to pick for Monday, Leeds will still be feeling the elation of defeating champions elect, and Liverpool will be licking their wounds from a CL exit. I can't see any scenario where either team will be satisfied with one point, so it's going to be all out attacking -- hopefully, anyway!

All this while Super League news is swirling around.

Finely balanced at HT at 10 points, that was right on the dot for average points needed for BlackJack (counting 4 mins injury time) so we were well on track at that point! Had a few uncompromising yellows from the Taylor to thank for that. Then there was that flurry of corners as the second third closed out... honestly thought we'd actually bust even before 80th min the way corners were flying in. 10-min lull broken by Alisson save to corner, and then it's 21 at 79th minute... from 17 corners!

Don't mind the bust if we win.

P.S. Just noticed it was 15 points in a row before this game.

As a matter of fact, this is exactly what I was talking about ... since I checked the Blackjack tab about five times during the day and did not see any updates, (and judging by the fact that there were no notifications in this thread, none of the regulars saw the blackjack announcement either).
