I think that certain Individuals will be given financial assistance in terms of their education to make sure that these unfortunate individuals will be given a good future. It is good until we know what is the compromise behind that help, they know that many won't be able to reject charity so this is their way of buttering up the people to consider their demands. Mostly the organization who will do such help is connected to politicians or government, some uses this companies for their benefits but some might just really want to help especially this time of pandemic.
