But if I could understand, it is your deposited amount you were trying to withdraw and got denied? Or can you please enlighten us more on this issue, because I know Rollbit to be a casino who values it's reputation, and as such it's forum representatives will kindly do justice to this, but with more proof, and by that I mean your "rollbit account username, amount involved and all necessary screenshot including the recent ban E-mail for further investigation.

I think you will agree that accusing the casino without evidence no one will believe you, so you need to post proof that you made a deposit at the casino, you have to post photos of the conversations you had with support, you have to post photos of your account if you you took pictures of your account before they banned you, it's important that you have this proof so that people believe you, you also didn't give details like: how much money you deposited, how much money you won, how much money you tried to withdraw from casino

And did you ask what specific thing you did? Perhaps you already know but didn't read the rules?
Did you perhaps join from a country that's blacklisted? Are you over 18? Fake id? Multiple accounts / arbitrage betting? Abusing bonuses? Did you read the tos or did you think you didn't need to?

If you have done a honest mistake maybe it's better to come clean then try to hide it and make things worse. If casino has done a honest mistake i am sure they will fix it. But i understand that waiting could be agonizing. Just stay calm and provide all the proof you can and be as transparent as you can.

Do you have other accounts that are limited or previously banned? If they said you're banned for sportsbook abuse that means they detected something fishy in your account. Like what @M1cha3lM suggested, it would be best for you to open a scam accusation and show evidence that you're wrongly accused. That way, the representative will attend to your issue for further explanation and clarification.

Yeah i think you are correct, when laying a serious accusations on you being scammed, you need to provide really substantial proof on your claim so that the community and the casino you are accusing can take note and check on the issue you have represented. They are many reasons why a casino will have withheld your deposit as i have seen so many cases before and many of these were as a result of arbitrage betting and this goes against the casino policy so they had to block the account involved in it.  So man just provide some concrete evidence on your claim. For me rollbit is a reliable casino and i feel they might be something fishy about your account if truly they had withheld your deposit as you claim.

even though it was explained there that there was abuse in sportsbook betting and he was trying to deceive a smart casino, but instead turned around accusing him of being deceived, whereas if he didn't commit abuse of course nothing would happen, even though it's strictly prohibited, playing honestly is actually not hard but most people always make life difficult for themselves, that's a fact

I think that is basically half of the users, people who do not do something bad according to them, because they haven't read the rules, and get banned because they break one of the rules without noticing, so they end up complaining about it.

If you haven't noticed the rule of any casino and you break it by mistake or unintentionally also you can't blame them for it but sometimes there are some players who can't afford their loss while wagering and turn to accuse casino for it but it won't help them.

@donza posted a single post complaining about his issue several days back and never provided any proof to try and support his claims. He didn't post anything else apart from that single post.

This makes it seem like he tried to cheat the site and ended up getting caught which is why he resorted to complaining in this manner. Pointless!

I think the 0.2% doesn't apply that you'll earn over it, it will only be deducted to your balance once you join the staking. Isn't it if they want to bring down an established casino by using fake accusations it will only be a waste of time even more so if they do it by making accusation threads on this forum because I believe bitcointalk forum users are smart people and definitely wise in dealing with all problems, so they will really find out all the information on the accusations that have been made in order to understand what is real and actually happened.

because everyone in this forum is so used to accusations without evidence that they will ignore such accusations.

regarding new or old casino accusations it's actually also something that we are used to seeing and if the casino representative can answer all these accusations it will strengthen the casino and when there are false accusations at a new or old casino but the casino can answer all with details, the accusations will turn into a good reputation.
because if the casino representative can answer in detail about these accusations everyone here will know that the casino is truly worthy of use and trust.
