I think that is basically half of the users, people who do not do something bad according to them, because they haven't read the rules, and get banned because they break one of the rules without noticing, so they end up complaining about it.

I understand that they may think they did nothing wrong, because it is not as clear as pointing a gun at someone, but they need to read the rules a lot more clearly before they gamble, so that they would know if they did something wrong or not. I have seen people who had multiple accounts who got banned and honestly didn't know that was wrong, that's funny to me because I read all the rules any casino I play in presents to make sure I never break any of them.

One of the mods had answered it out or someone on the community or those gamblers who are just on the chat? If ever thats the response then its not really that actually unprofessional.
It might not really be that precise if we do speak about numbers but as it do talks about being that minimal then it would really be that sticking into that.

If you are referring to the funding payment then it is written in the formulation. Anything below 8 hours wont be charged

So it will be difficult to deceive the members of this forum by making false accusations so that one of the accused casinos can just go down.
If the accused is a new casino that is still small, it might happen, but for casinos that are already big and well-established, it seems impossible.

It is indeed 5000x max win as stated by @Hhampuz, since Max win is calculated on the base bet not the buy-in price.  It is more or less 50x of your bonus buy price not 500x.  You could have earned more if you happen to have a side bet, if you are not aware, Rollbit has a feature that enables us to put a side bet in our gambling session.

I think it is quite clear that some people are looking for something a bit more in detail. I personally never really cared about that at all, and to think that rollbit could be considered "unprofessional" for not getting any responses on the chat is a bit wild and out there.

I think it is clear that if you text them on support, they will get you an answer because even we could, people here did, which is a proof that if you write it somewhere a bit more permanent than the chat, you will get the answer. I agree to that, a duplicate phishing emails are the reason why most of the time gamblers is not minding those emails as they
