Why we feel so sleepy during the day and full of energy at night and why can't you fall asleep with such excitement for a period of time before going to bed? This is not because you are a nocturnal animal, but because you have entered a restricted sleep zone.

maybe because of too much pressure from work and don't know how to relaxyourself. In this situation, it is easy to have insomnia. keep an optimistic attitude, do not care about others excessively, you can take a few days off, adjust the state and then go back to work. Smiley
I went through insomnia and really hard to deal with. I've thought of good things to make me feel sleepy when I'm dealing with it but it's just so hard to get a sleep if you're going through it.

What I did was lessened my work load and avoid watching a lot in TV and if possible, someone who's dealing with it should also lessen their time in social media, phone and computer.

Anyway, I am very sad, my eyes are astringent when I have time, but I still can’t fall asleep。But I also take a nap at noon.

If you do things which are oppose to the nature, then you will face the situation you are having now. Nights are meant to sleep and if you sleep late, you will feel lazy the whole day. Even if you sleep in the morning / noon, it wont help as the body needs the sleep at night. Just change your routine, sleep early at night and get up early morning and you will feel the change.

Issue of a rhythm of the body, once your body adapts to your patterns of habits (sleeping, eating and etc..) it continues that rhythm. When you keep awake at night for few consecutive days your body starts to follow that. You could change the rhythm with a bit of effort. Start waking up early in the morning and go to sleep early. It will be hard in the first couple of days, but after few days your body will start to follow that pattern and voila.. problem solved.

Generally it is other way around for me because of the entire day's work and tiredness the energy at night obviously will drip. In morning you are full of energy and thankful for a new day and when you get up with a positive mindset the day stars to fall in place for you. Some are just not the day's person and for them the night is where their minds work better

you probably messed up your sleep scedule. if you stay late at night and wake up in the afternoon, try to fix it(if you can) and you will feel better
