thats okay if it fuds but bans are serious . whenever there is a country that bans btc the price of btc will fall and what if the ban happen not only on 1 country  . more looses for you before you reacted because you never open the news once in a while . monitoring the market is important and it wont mean that you will be tempted to sell because thats a different case anymore .

that's what we called true holder.. Yeah but will be determine by the amount of bitcoin purchase in the process, don't expect someone that bought some sats to make some good reward for a year but if someone can make a purchase of 1 to 2 Bitcoin then he or she will make something good after one year of hodling, but always remember there will be dips sometimes.

One year is really a short period for Bitcoin to multiply its price too much I think. Generally, HODLing for a few years helps people make a great deal of profit. And there is no need to follow the price movements every day as the goal is not keeping your money on Bitcoin for a short term.

Practically, this solely depends on what you bought at today, let imagine you just bought 4Bitcoin to keep for the next year, why won't you make good profit at the end? but  someone that will just make a purchase of $100 can just buy some few sats that won't yield much needed profit like the formal.

This won't work in some cases for me, this will only be applicable to old and trusted coins on the market. But for new Altcoins things are different. For Bitcoin this strategy is effective and profitable because it is considered as long term.

Depends on the situation. There are times that bitcoin will dip, to the point that you'll start to worry about the huge investments that you've made on that particular coin. Not moving your assets is a good thing though, and holding them until the next spike is the way to go. Those people who became rich doing that are lucky for sure. It doesn't work that way all the time, maybe it could if you can predict what's gonna happen in the future like buy plenty of bitcoin on the year 2018 and hold it up until now because you know bitcoin's price is gonna reach almost $60k dollars on this specific year. Also, you can do this if you are already rich and doesn't really care about bitcoin's price change since it wouldn't affect you even for a bit. We do not really know yet how long will this pump keep on going, anything can happen within a year. It's just either you'll benefit a lot or regret a lot if you are planning to do this holding for a year and staying out of the news.

One year is not enough, it's not so simple. If you bought BTC in March 2014 ($600), you'd lose a lot of money in March 2015 ($230) by selling. If you bought in March 2018 ($9k) and sold in March 2019 ($4k), you'd also lose money on this.
