XRP has pumped really well in the last couple of days because of the positive signs coming out of the court house, but this pump is more of whale pump, I have a feeling these whales are looking to dump their tokens and they need to suck a lot of people in before they start unloading it on people who bought into the hype

I think the price pumped over a few days is not whale game, and I think it's fair, because in more than two years the price XRP has never touched $1,
we see like ETH and BNB whose prices have reached the old ATH and have even touched the new ATH. So it's not wrong if XRP price is now pumping up and will hit $2 or maybe hit a new ATH in a few weeks.

Seriously, there is some actions that has been going on with crypto communities, the greed. Though, I think that's what has been making everything interesting, without greed, Market will not move forward. Thus, I don't still find it interesting how bullish news are sometimes hidden
We all used to see how Elon musk news always breakout immediately with price action especially btc but xrp was almost done pumping before they actually release the news about XRP been free from Sec. I miss the pump in summary. 

I think it's time for ripple to shine and make used of the trend to break the previous ATH.

Ripple is still growing in value and now it is above $1.3 for each ripple which is a value that ripple has not seen in years, I just recommend that people do not become complacent with what it is happening because the price could still go down as things are not resolved and could always take a turn for the worse during the next months and this is especially true if the bull market happens to end during the next months in which case the crash of ripple will be terrible.

Be practical and ride safely with this coin, if you still have a plan investing to this project, with how the market is booming it's giving some hint that this coin may go up for more before falling back, it's making it's way to attract investors to check it out and bring some investment but like what you have said it should carefully observe before falling to this jump.

That is precisely my problem since I don't think there is a way to ride safely with this coin, I'm not saying that you cannot obtain profits, you can, and nothing will make me happier than people earning money with this coin, but we know that ripple can be extremely temperamental and just as it is going up right now it could go down dramatically in just a few days and you do not really want to be part of a coin that moves like that because sooner or later you're going to be on the wrong side of that kind of movement and lose your money.

I'm not sure about powerful community, being centralized makes this coin not very appealing to most investors and traders.

There's a good chance that more investors are riding with the current bull movement and once there's another issue that being

I took the time to look for this because if it was true then it would have been a tremendous thing and a news that would have affected not only ripple but the whole market in a positive way and this is the only thing I found.

It seems that ripple got a small victory but the case is not anywhere near being over, which makes sense as I expect something like this to last for years especially as the SEC is not going to let go so easily as they do not want to be left in ridicule and lose this case.

Well, as we can see that almost all altcoins are in the rally so definitely we can expect that XRP will also be behaving the same. People are not so aware of the issue especially for newcomers so the chance is also to ignore that thing rather than to focus on investing in XRP for their future. As long as XRP still exists in the market, investors will look into this coin. However, since the issue is not yet over, we can't also hide our worries still, invest XRP cautiously.

It's not time yet to celebrate, because the issues still not yet done if I am not mistaken.
But there is a big probability now that XRP will back in the ball game in the market. For now it is better

I am not so sure about that, if the SEC brought this case against ripple then it is because they are very confident they can win the case, after all if they happen to lose the case do you know what this will do to the reputation of the SEC? They know this is an important case and it could help them bring cases against many other coins, if they fail then they are basically letting all the market running free of their supervision and that is precisely what they do not want.

There's no doubt with that, all of what is happening now is just due to the bull run, and you know when there's a bull run, there's always hype. XRP may reach $2 or even make a new ATH, but its future is still uncertain until they win the lawsuit filed to them by the SEC or a government agency.
