There were alot of tweets from him over this past weekend.
At one point he was asking why bitcoin wasn't faster and why not centralize the mining for it - in a sense.
Someone told him, what does he think BCash/BSV was all about?

The thing is he is commenting on crypto and bitcoin without any experience or research into it and to me that is dangerous to do since there alot of people (I call them musketeers) who hang on his every word, as yesterday's one worded tweet shown this to be true, and can cause irreparable damage to any cryptocurrency he is concentrating on.
In this instance it was bitcoin, but could of been done to any coin he chooses.
And this to me can be very dangerous in the current market we all are in.

I don't think that EM has never done any previous research on crypto because he is such a smart person that even in taking short profits for just 2 months he has already made a profit of 128 M USD on selling 10% of his BTC.  But what I really regret about all of his words, why are there so many coins on the market, only DOGE is fully supported by him?  This is just a meme coin on all coins with good fundamentals, why not another coin.  Very disappointing, he seemed to be gambling with a large capital.

I think that he has done research about bitcoin and other altcoin.
Why he choose dogecoin because if he can get let say 30% until 50% total supply within 2019 till 2020 and promote them at the end of the year.
How much he can earn now?

By mastering a certain proportion of Dogecoin it will be very easy to increase and decrease the price in the market until it gets its biggest profit.  Look at the results of his deeds, the market is out of control while he has already earned hundreds of millions of USD in profits.  It is very, very extraordinary, great at doing mass fooling.

We do have only 2 types of people when it comes to this on where there are people whom do see him as a 2 year old kid and to those people whom do see him as a God or Idol when it comes to this market.

There was a podcast by a well known celebrity in the technology space who put in their take on why tesla flipped on bitcoin when they said they would be accepting it and then all the sudden announced they would not after having bought millions worth of the cryptocurrency spurring the bull run.

They both have a good sense of what tesla was trying to do but failed miserably at their attempt because all they were looking for was publicity but they received the bad kind and it showed in their stock plummeting after the trace back on what they had said. Most think it was because of what Elon said about cryptocurrency mining being bad for the environment and with his company looking to receive these carbon credits from the US government to companies being green and supporting technologies toward their target of emitting carbon zero emissions by the year 2030.

He didn't straight out say buy doge coin but he is supporting it by accepting it for a space x launch and also stated working with the devs dogecoin.
So he is heavily endorsed towards making it overthrow other coins including bitcoin in the future.

Why Elon trashing Bitcoin is great news
I will just sum up the facts:
Tesla has problems with Chinese Gov (where most bitcoin miners are located).
-Tesla shares have been falling for months.
-Coinbase was the most downloaded app in the AppStore a couple of weeks ago.
-Drukenmiller questioned the central banks actions, said the US dollar was going to lose the status reserve in less than 15 years and crypto was the answer for such irresponsible policies.
-Investment banks are going to begin commercialize the crypto investment products to their clients but these products won't be available until Q3-Q4 2021.
So now, why would Elon Musk changed his tune about bitcoin? Well I bet there could be several reasons:
US Gov using him to scare the shit out of new unexperienced investors given that FUD tactics haven't worked until now because they want to prevent crypto adoption as a means of payment as they would lose control of money.
Corporate investors and investment banking using him to sink the price so that they can buy low and the sell high once they have their products ready, in exchange tesla gets included in all kind of investment funds.
Musk pumping un dumping for the fun and making tons of money of his delusional fans.
Honestly I don't care which of these reasons could be true, I am just speculating about potential reasons that could lead Elon Musk to do this, because one thing is clear, he has some kind of incentive to trash bitcoin and shake out retail investors.
He knew very well how mining works, he event answered to a tweet from Jack Dorsey that bitcoin incentivized renewable energies, only to change his tune 3 weeks later. Of course, his space X rockets, his litium mines in Africa and his gigafactory in Texas and China where most energy comes from fossil fuels don't pollute.
So please use your head and not your emotions when deciding if you buy, sell or hold. For me, it is clear what to do.

Checked some of the mainstream media sites. Now everyone is praising Elon for the recent recovery. They are claiming that Elon softened his stance on Bitcoin, and that helped the coin to recover. This is a common practice. Each and every popular face try to make money out of their popularity. Elon Musk made it openly, whereas others play indirect games. Now what I see with Elon Musk, he'll use the cryptocurrency market to make money and popularize his Tesla and SpaceX. He received an email to promote a coin but he copy & pasted it exactly along with the part of how much he would get paid to send it to all his followers on twitter.
See how skewed the crypto market can be with people who accept these spammers who email all these celebrities to promote their coin?

Just look at this guy who was a mailman a year ago then all the sudden became Crypto Messiah known on his twitter/telegram feed who made over $60 million on Shiba Inu from just a single tweet from Musk about buying a Shiba dog.

I think that Musk uses crypto only to promote his Tesla and SpaceX. Or he is like most of us - not care much about technology and processes, but use crypto just to earn. There is a small chance that he will use crypto or blockchain in his Neurolink, but this company is a deep forest for me. Everything is still under development and it is to early to predict when first "brain interfaces" will be released.

Did anyone mention his late agenda regarding "green" mining etc in the US? Given that this guy is one of the largest manufacturers in solar power equipment I find it hard to believe he won't try to push his "green" stuff to miners, while lobbying legislation supporting it.
