I doubt it but let's see what will happen next.

IMO, as an SEC duly registered and a publicly listed Company Executive, might this is the best way to avoid being penalized by the government even doing things that might be against their regulation.   Like what the hell?  Surely Mark Zuckerberg is trying to pass a message to the public just like Elon Musk but in a less obvious way.

Mark Zuckerberg was supposedly joining the cryptocurrency but the U.S government stopped him from having a big partnership with the cryptocurrency founded in Belarus/Switzerland called Libra.  If that one came true, we could have been flying to the moon since 2019, isn't it?

Whatever the message is that he wanted to convey, I rather interpret it as if he is against Bitcoin because he kills the goats and eats them and now he calls one of them Bitcoin. It would have been much more amusing if he called one of the goats "Dollar".

I would say that this post is more in line with Zucker's political views. He is a product of the fiat system and he doesn't have anything to gain by supporting cryptocurrency. Perhaps like mv1986 mentioned, he is indirectly implying that he wants to kill Bitcoin and consume it. He tried that once, when he came up with his Libra shitcoin. But unfortunately for him, Libra flopped miserably. Perhaps he still thinks that he can destroy Bitcoin, by inventing something which will eventually replace BTC.

I think Mark is just trying to be liked, as he has had a struggle with that. He sees people like Musk and various celebs talking about Bitcoin and whipping the public into a frenzy and so I think this was his attempt to be cute/do the same.

I am really surprised he didn't name one of the goats Sweet and the other Baby Ray.

Lol couldn't hold my laugh while going through the comment section of the posts, people were really being very funny under the post with their comments. Anyway, I don't really see anything bad about that, though I did see some people that it didn't go down well with, and they had some bad comments to drop to express their anger lol.

What Mark Zuckerberg did here shows that he has some kind of interest in cryptocurrency, and this is my first time of seeing him mention Bitcoin, which means he might be holding some bitcoins privately, although I do know for sure that Bitcoin is part of what motivated him to take a move to create Libra (now known as Diem), just that I haven't seen him mention that word before. I believe a lot of people will also be influenced by this, and there are likely some people who are following him that doesn't know about Bitcoin and they would interest in researching and knowing about it, which is good.

Yes I am also having an account one face book for almost 8 or more years but I rarely logged into it in the last 3 years, and also statistically people are using Instagram more than facebook, especially girls and after the arrival of whatsapp and telegram then people rarely use these social media apps for chatting purpose.

I agree with you. A person in business will do nothing unless it's beneficial to them. I think all crypto links are banned on Facebook before due to spam by bounties hunter. I still remember that a lot of my friends sharing their referral code for cloud Ponzi. It irritates me that they promote a scam site. Either Mark takes part in the cryptocurrency world. I will not be surprised once Facebook will announce soon about their Bitcoin purchase.

I would love to see it since we've seen many companies jumping into the bandwagon.
Companies like what you said are ones who are buying and supporting Bitcoin and for sure many companies will also jump in the future.

As of now, the mere post of him with a goat named "Bitcoin" isn't enough at least for me to say that this is a sign that Facebook will start buying Bitcoin. He's probably just doing what elon usually does, you know testing the water on how much influence he has over crypto and it seems most of people just missed the news or just doesn't care.
I know there's hidden message of that image but it's not really relevant to crypto though, if mark zuckerberg want to get involved with crypto he might as well implement crypto into his company or atleast using crypto to diversify his portfolio, otherwise he doesn't put much effort.
