But why the hell people panic sell now after it reach this high amount?
Do people really still think it goes to 0?

Fearing the loss of funds, many have done so because they cannot control their minds on any kind of FUD news, they think it is better to get current price now than to lose it.  So they sell their holdings in bad condition.  Again, many people invest their savings in crypto, which is why there is always a fear in them, which does not allow them to make a decision in a stable situation.

Not being well prepared to what the possibilities could happened inside this industry, those people who losses their investment due to the market fluctuation are afraid of losing more from their investment, they run out of panic each time they see that the value of their asset is plunging down.

It's in need to analyze your participation first before you take your money inside this investment business, else you will keep losing.

it's because of the way they control their finances before the bitcoin dump returns. because psychologically this is the safest way to keep them emotionally in choosing the right decisions to gain profits and avoid losses in the future. because that's how crypto trading works, we have to know when is the right time to get out of the market and find time to come back to enter the market again

Knowing the right time is very important. It's inside you after you experienced every situation. As you go further, it developed and enhances your skills in choosing the timing for your investment.

for me this called Stupidity , why joining investment that you don't totally understand?

it was a stupid move. I'm sure it only happens to some people. because at least everyone is new to the crypto market. they come with an interest or an offer from someone else. at least new people will look for information in advance about what they are going to buy. no fool would want to waste their money on something unknown.

In my opinion, those who join cryptocurrency and lose their money are mostly the ones who has the money. They have money to lose and they have lots of it. They just don't have the patience to learn the ropes of cryptocurrency and eventually their attempts to invest ends up in losses. I think it is always better to invest in the best coins in the top tier like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Binance, and others.

Panic sellers are the one who are new in crypto world they don’t see dump before so when price drops they get panic and start selling their coins at low price just to recover their capital but they loose their money to recover their capital. Dump is the indication that this time the pump will be surprising for panic seller.

It's impossible to go 0 . People are panic because they've seen many times 10-50% dump in a couple of minutes. Also bitcoin has grown a lot in last couple of months. So whenever market goes red people thought it may dump more. In order to catch the dip they start panic selling.

We have different limit in every investment that we made. There are different types of sellers,The people that is selling maybe reach their limit or they reach the amount of profit that they've wanted. Another seller is the panic sellers that is newbie and always afraid to loss, they are afraid to see a bloody market and easily become frustrated when the value of their holding decrease.

The people who think BTC will go to zero are really stupid people they don't take the time to learn about the technology but only hear about bad or good news these are probably just newcomers to this market and I think this is very easy to be manipulated by whales . If you are a professional investor , you will have a cold and insensitive mind before the volatile market is not easily influenced or dominated by anyone and especially understanding and belief . You believe in BTC will increase 100k$ then one thing is for sure you will never dump it.

- Uncertainty about the future
- We don't trust at all about the crypto that we are investing
- The price drops drastically, so we are afraid of losing more and more
- FOMO and hype

You are right about that, but I noticed a lot of people panic when they see the price is lower than their buying price.
So if they are not used to it, they will feel that, is there still a chance to go up and when?
They are agitated especially for those who are using their hard-earned savings and they want it to be over.
Up until they can't contain themselves, and sell off at a loss. Patience is needed in this market.
If you believe your coin has strong foundation and it will not disappear during bearish season, then, there's no reason to panic.

There are people who still don't believe in Bitcoin and consider it to be a financial pyramid. Some people think that it is a speculative asset so they trade Bitcoin. Personally I think that Bitcoin is a long-term investment, so we should hodl it not selling. And actually it is my strategy of holding mainstream currencies and only buying them on regular basis.

The major reason could be the social media post and topics of crypto being legal or not in the press / news , since its neither legal nor illegal in many countries people get fluxed and when in news they see that the media states its nor legal and undershadow neither illegal people might get more confused ,
People have set their own margins till where they would hold and would retract once they reach if they are close to the margin and the news spreads that the bubble would burst they all would just   ignore and remove their assets  fearing of losses .

Yes indeed most people who accept losses basically have a lot of money and the money used is ready and ready to lose, it's just that their fault is carelessness and impatience or greed that is not based on good knowledge and understanding before doing it.

A kind of fear of loosing profits or the capital so there happens a panic sell or buy when there is a sudden pump or dip. It all happens to the new traders. Only patience can just help to over come all these. But yes it takes time. It comes through experiences when time passes by.
