I don't know where you get that prediction but for me it is completely wrong.Everyone is predicting the 100k bull run starting in Autumn this year but also this remains just a prediction.No one knows how the price will go but the recent history has shown us that Bitcoin has great potential and we are yet far from seeing it unlocked completely.My view is that the lowest it can go is 20k before bouncing back really strong so that 20k should be your buying point,again this is just my view and in crypto we all know how high the volatility is.

We yet don't know where exactly will the price dip to its bottom, the weekly chart hasn't yet show that it's been oversold which means it could still dip below $30k. Although this is being predicted already by some, there is also the possibility of a rise because of adoption.

If it can't hold on to its current range and the support on $29K breaks, its definitely unstoppable and we are in the bear market. $12k is possible and if FOMO doesn't come to you when it bounces back before it touches $12k then lucky you.

I don't think that the price will go down to 10k or so. It seems like we will continue to see the price between 30k and 40k for some time more. To me, it won't go under 30k and it will start recovering again.

We did say that bitcoin will not go down below 50k but it did so I think that there is still a possibility that bitcoin will go down below 10k or so. And if that were to happen, we might expect a really pump than the last time.

Hehe yeah I wish for it. But an -80% from high to low isn't really that crazy looking historically, both 2015 and 2018 bull runs ended with -80% correction.
Now everyone will say its different this time, institutions, tesla etc etc yeah i don't really think so. People still have their greedy pants on right now that's why it seems unlikely but in 6-12 months of red candles things might change.

But what do I know, looking back in 6 months when btc is 200k I might laugh at myself for not buying at 30k, or if in 9 months when btc is 12k I think im a genius.

I agree with you on the $25k lowest price I believe Bitcoin will go even if it will still go down further. I understand we want to believe that the institutional investors might be able to do something about the market but do you really think they could? cos with them buying even much higher than this, the market still plunged this low so can they really influence it not to fall to $12k even though I don't think it will.

I try to play the long cycles, sell alt gains before hysteric peak, sit on cash for a couple of months and buy more btc when the price is right. I never sell btc.

It's just that it dipped approx 80% after the last bull runs so figured it would be a good entry in 6-12 months. I do believe btc will go to $1million within 20 years, so why you nagging about +-15k then? you may ask? The difference would be I would add twice as many btcs to my wallet if i get it for 15k instead of 30k.

You are really optimistic about the level which the price can fall to.    Everyone would like to accumulate from as low level as possible. But it doesn't seem to me like it will go down that much.

$12k is indeed very low for bitcoin. I believe it will not fall below $20k. It seems that the market is in bearish season right now, but let us wait for at least couple of weeks and let us see how the market will perform. It is hard to predict in this market as the price can change in just few hours. I do agree that there are so many big institutions that are already involved this time, so the support is stronger than in previous years. Payment method is also growing so the adoption is growing and increasing as well.

I agree. I think bitcoin will recover soon, it's just because of overbought that occur in the previous months. The hype that Elon Musk given to pump the market to break the all-time highs then today the Tesla not able to accept BTC anymore due to environmental concern. I think $30k is still good, we're not yet going to bear market and I think it will pump one last time and get back to $50k soon. A lot of institutions enjoy the dip, I'm sure they already brought the dip. MicroStrategy already announce that they already add some BTC assets and Justin Sun also purchase $150 Million worth of BTC. Selling will stop soon so we should prepare and enjoy the dip.

What I have seen is during this time of the year the price usually decrease which reaches its lowest around September. Then the price continues to spike up till February-January of the next year. BUT if we look into the past we will see that it took btc a few years to reach the all time high which was drastically high. Due to more acceptance in market I do no think that it would go this low.

What I do think is the maximum it would go might be 25-30k, that's it. Less than that is impossible since most of the people are not going to sell before 60k, so they will hold for a long time or maybe few days, who knows ? We are in a pandemic, we cannot predict anything.

The most important thing is that large holders of bitcoin do not arrange big sales and it seems that such sentiments are not yet observed, except for the statements of pessimistic experts who always appear in such cases. IMO we wont go dip further to $30k, the price is continuously declining but somehow there's a minor recovery. We are only in the second quarter so there's a chance for a bounce back and again a bullrun. If the price of btc plunged to below $20k then its the time I can say that we are already in bearish market.

I did a quick glance into the drop that happened in 2017 and what might happen this year 2021.
In 2017, there is a 70% drop from near 20k to around 6k. If you will plot it to the recent ATH and if it will duplicate it, we are seeing a price drop to up to the near $20,000 level. Aside from the $30,000 price support right now, $20,000 is what I'm seeing as a next strong support. $12,000? I don't want to say that it is impossible but it is less likely to happen.

There are 2 signs that we are in a bear market.
1. If we broke the strong support which is right now the $30,000.
2. If it manages to reach the 34 and the 21 weekly EMA and it failed to push through then that is also a sign.

If we were to sell all of our coins then the prices are going to definitely go down. That's what I currently do but the problem is that I can't take action on it because I currently have all my money in crypto so I am waiting for a profit, I can't buy when the prices get too low.

Selling is not the reason why bitcoin falls, not buying is the real reason. Sure there is a bit more people who sell during this period and that causes a difference that causes the price to go down but there is also a difference between how much was bought during this week versus how much was bought previous months, it is a proof that people are selling sure but people are not buying neither and that is the main reason.

This is why I believe there needs to be a reason for people to buy again, when people are interested in buying again that will also result with people not selling as well, logical right? I mean if everyone wants to buy more, that should automatically mean people are willing to sell less as well. That is what people should be looking for. I did a quick glance into the drop that happened in 2017 and what might happen this year 2021.
In 2017, there is a 70% drop from near 20k to around 6k. If you will plot it to the recent ATH and if it will duplicate it, we are seeing a price drop to up to the near $20,000 level. Aside from the $30,000 price support right now, $20,000 is what I'm seeing as a next strong support. $12,000? I don't want to say that it is impossible but it is less likely to happen.

There are 2 signs that we are in a bear market.
1. If we broke the strong support which is right now the $30,000.

The similar mindset that would help you out could be the fact that the previous low before 2017 was around 1.4k to 1.7k levels (those days one place to other changed so much and arbitrage wasn't big yet) so when it went to 20k and didn't drop under 3k ever again, that was basically proof that the previous ATH was broken and we never got back to that. By the same logic we could say that the previous ATH was around 20k and we will not go under 20k again, so my path and yours all came to same destination, which is over 20 thousand dollars.

I agree with that. As long as we can make a profit in all conditions, that term will not exist to us because we can adjust ourselves in trading and make a profit. That is the important thing for the traders to make money, but they need to know that the bear market will profit less than the bull market.

In this bear market, you can still trade short-term, but you can use a holding term to help you gain benefits in the long term so that you can make money in the short and long term together. I use short-term trading too as you because I see the increase and decrease of the price is good for me to buy low and sell high, so I can expect to profit from that.

To begin with, once ATH has been passed for the second time, Bitcoin never goes below it. IT was like that with 1 thousand dollars and it's going to be the same with 20 thousand. It's possible that we'll wick below it for a short time but we'll never again go back for a longer time that will allow you to buy lower without setting an order first.

Next thing is the 300 day MA which has been the technical bottom as long as Bitcoin exists. For you to buy at 12 thousand we'd have to break that line for the first time in history.

Then there's the psychological barrier of the beginning of the bull run which is 14 thousand. We were there in 2020 and we came back to it in 2021 to finally break it and start a run to 20 thousand.

I can’t really tell for sure, but everybody is still predicting that there is going to be another bull run and the price of Bitcoin is going to reach as high as $100,000. I don’t know how true this is, because nobody can say that they are hundred percent sure about that. I believe that the price will reach that, but what I am not sure is whether it’s going to be this year or anytime soon.

It can be anytime, all you have to do is to invest at the right time, which is at a time that the price is very low and that way you will be confident enough to continue to have patience. I would not call it a bear market, the implications are many that prevent it, rather I think that currently the market is going through a very large correction, in fact, there are many theories that support it, when we take into account the S2F models of PlanB states that this is just the beginning, that the bullish trend has not started as it is, $100k is the first target, and $288k is the other target as well.
