I feel you as I am experiencing the same thing with my assets right now. I am not that worried though since I am still buying right now so I know the price of my coins, some I bought during the previous dips then I boughts at the ATHs also. So I made sure that I track them how much I invested and at what price. We all know that bitcoin is the benchmark for all other coins, so when bitcoin goes down, the majority of altcoins fall too, and that will definitely cause the market to turn red.
