I don't think there is a site, not a public one anyway. It's coming from here: https://twitter.com/therationalroot

If the charts were coming from a third-party site, he would've probably mentioned it.

What site did these charts come from ?
Do you know the source of these charts ?
Do you need to know templates and how to design them? Or do you want to ensure the accuracy of the data contained in the images?
If you are looking for templates, there are many informative methods that enable you to create such charts. As for the accuracy of the data, we are talking about the average price of Bitcoin, and therefore the data is useful in the long run.
Dont take them as investing advice.

@omegastarscream already provided the twitter link that leads to the profile that posted the chart, I guess it won't be a bad idea if you(the poster) try to chat or inquire from the guy who posted it on Twitter, probably maybe there's a website where he got the chart from, you can request him to share the site with you but this is if the site is public and he's willing to share, but incase he made the charts himself, then you can also ask for clue or guide on how to make something similar.
All the same, good luck.

I apologize for not updating my post. I actually reached out to that guy, and he responded. Just like I guessed, the charts were his and not from other platforms.

Good to see OP got the right answer and already in contact with the chart maker. But just be careful when you following it. It's not something that Bitcoin will follow, they just made it based on the previous history of Bitcoin price. That doesn't mean the chart is true. It's just like a prediction. To be honest I don't follow this kind of chart. For example, this chart indicates an increasing price, but someone else would modify it like Bitcoin would dump more. I just try to understand real-time movements rather than follow these charts.

If you need a charting tool without any crypto exchange tied to it the most popular one is tradingview as it offers various cryptocurrencies from different crypto exchanges. Aside from the charting tool itself they are also showing the technical analysis of other traders on their pages which I think is what you are also looking for. Just be careful when it comes to reading the analysis of others as you won't really avoid any biases happening from what they are saying.

(....)
Tradingview will work especially if you just want to get the data or price history of Bitcoin since the beginning.
But there are some exchanges that don't have a history of price since 2011.

But I found a pair in tradingview which you can get prices from since 2011.
You can try to use BLX(BraveNewCoin Liquidity Index) when you search a pair in tradingview.

It is trivial to draw a chart like this.
Go to a website that offers historical data through some sort of API or in CSV format that has the historical data from early days. For example I used https://bitcoincharts.com/ for the below charts and manually copied the raw data.
Get the data and select an arbitrary time-frame to draw a chart based on it. Then add an arbitrary flat line called "support line" and viola you have a chart just like that picture.
I say arbitrary because the scales of the above charts are manipulated to look the same while they are not the same. For example the x axis is saying "Days per cycle (from previous ATH until new ATH)" but the numbers are completely wrong. Take 2017 for example, from previous ATH to the new ATH took 1475 days not 267.
The doted line saying "support line" is also arbitrary because the writer wishes to get those percentages.

The correct charts look like this if you use the correct time frames:
Start|End|#days|ATH1|ATH2
______________________
2013-12-04|2017-12-17|1475|$1111.56|$19110.24
2017-12-17|2021-06-04|1265|$19110.24|?????

The consolidation phases on each of these cycles become different too but I didn't have time to draw additional charts for those, you get the gist of it. Not to mention that it is not fair to compare the short consolidation phases in different cycles without comparing the reasons for those "crashes" that led to the consolidation.
