Are Airdrops and Bounties worth the work?

As most people here already said, Airdrop is waste of time. Yes, That's true. But still, there are a few legit airdrops available but for this, you need to do research. Nowadays dex exchange providing airdrop for the user. For this you need to do some swaps using their exchange, Maybe it's not so easy as most of the airdrop. But it's really worth it. DYDX airdrop huge amount of money for their user. Now I am looking for some DEX who has not yet provided any airdrop for the user. Those airdrops are really worth it.
Metamask is on my list for this now. Will do some swap using Metamusk for the airdrop.

That's an airdrop that we rarely know to get big like DYDX, there are also some Dex who run their testnet later after the mainnet launch can get tokens, sometimes many people always skip this because what I know now is that dex airdrops always testnet on their new dex, Either way, you have to try it.

Airdrops and Bounties are still popular forms of promotion in crypto. Nowadays there are many airdrops created just for the purpose of fraud, stealing information, some airdrops even force you to transfer a little gas fee to complete the task.
But considering other aspects, I think the airdrop is still a suitable form for newbies to the market. It creates an environment that can help newbies to crypto with some basic skills we should also take the time to be selective carefully before participating.

I don't think there are much less bounty campaigns than in the past. However, the form of airdrops has definitely changed. In the past, it was just sending a small amount of tokens to random addresses or to people who simply applied with their address. Now projects are task-demanding, which is not airdrop but just a kind of bounty.

you can see the project I just worked on, apeswap. The bounty project provides a worthy payment in my opinion. most people supported some pretty big projects this year, you can also look for that in the bounty thread. I think the bounty is still very appropriate for now.

It simply depends on project you are interested in to work Bounty campaign, some projects are very rewarding and some don't deserve your precious time investing. We need to do in depth  research work before we join any Bounty program or airdrop. When I draw a comparison between Bounties and Air drops, airdrops are mostly scams with few exception whereas Bounties are a better option.

I will fast forward and say that with current amount of bounties, it is very unlikely to find and bounty that will be worth doing. Doing months boring and useless tasks in social medias, or making a movie to earn several dollars is totaly not worth spending free time.

This does not determine a definite outcome in the airdrop or bounty because what we choose is random which in my opinion is good not necessarily it will pay out 100% after the first hit.

But in the bounty you have to do work on the bounty that has been listed on the exchange, it is 100% likely to pay and the rest is how the manager agrees.

For airdrops I wouldn't expect to pay but when I see a good project and launch an airdrop, it needs to be followed, if it still doesn't pay then we have to be patient.

Yes, I don't deny what you think, but the reality is that airdrops are still a very easy job for newcomers to access the field.
I also participated in some airdrops, even though it wasn't huge sums, I'm glad they paid it anyway. But anyway, I personally don't think it's necessary to try to make a lot of money from the airdrop, because the field is so vast and there are so many ways to generate income, dyor everything about it.

I can relate on this because at one chance this is also what i did in the past , but now i know that this is just wasting my time mate.
but there are still friends that earn from this .

Maybe we start out with a pretty similar approach to the field, and when it comes to how we feel about it and know how to generate income, it feels like such a thing is really a waste of own time. There are more things to care about instead of judging whether it's good or not, mate . Perhaps at some point they will feel the same way you and I feel about this market.

if you are literally knows how to find one good and legit then why not right? but the problem is None of us can really look into this that close because of scammers can also pretend to be legit and since this is a Freebies as Airdrop we cannot seek for any assurance from the service we will provide towards them.

What is this? A super successful bounty? I have found that there five week bounty campaign here. P with current price, Legendary would get around 80 bucks or 240 if he would sell it at ATH. That is one super profitable bounty.

Or you wanted to show me just an example of a bounty which altcoin has a value? Ok. But how can I in august 2020 be sure that it is more successful than any other campaign?

I have not worked in bounties lately but I have heard that even though many bounties are useless or waste of time , there are few who gave very good returns to the bounty hunters.
So if you have time , keep working on bounties and hope they can be lot of worth in future.

On the contrary, if some payment is received, it should be considered as extra income. There are some campaign managers like Hhumpuz, Royse777, irfan_pak10 who come up with good campaigns most of the time. These can be participated in.

You can join all you want but of course only into those bounties or airdrops that doesnt really require too much work or even asking out some KYC which is really bullshit to say.

Talking about success rate then it is really just small because considering on how many legit projects that we do only have now then its just really small in numbers

Sometimes i could say that it is really needing up some mix of luck whenever you do get engage with bounties.You wouldnt know on what would happen next.

Depend on how skilled you are in finding one but for me? i have no Luck in finding Airdrops that worth a effort though at some pont i have gain some small amount in the past year but i realized that it is not worth a wait so i stopped seeking and focus in trading and also in Signature campaign instead.
since then my time get valued and also i am learning from interacting with other people instead of only making tasks .

Short answer: Hell no.

I think that the only profitable bounty campaign that I've seen that actually had decent rewards was the Antshares one on bitcointalk.

All the other ones completely underpay their participants. Same thing for airdrops, the effort you put in for airdrops can probably yield you better returns if you just put it to your personal growth & development.

Depends on the value of the token you received as rewards, sometimes when luck permits.
that 1 or 2 paying bounties already covered and paid the time and efforts that you spend,
even those 8 more campaigns didn't end well, but with good luck,
the payment that you'll going to receive is more than what you expect.

There are bounties who really excel from the expectations and the amount of project pumped high after the participants receive the tokens, the name above that you mentioned are managers who are concerned with the work of each participated they are after the company to pay and not to end as worthless.
